I was bullish this morning. Took a free ride with bulls on the roller coaster going up, down, up again and down again. Roller coaster is really a fun place to play.

The market may be dead but have you ever heard vampire? Vampires like bulls. FYI, my local area had firework last Sunday. Tonight, Macy's will provide a great firework show at NY East River.

It's been a while since the last time price stayed bellow SMA24 this long. Maybe the bulls did get bitten by the vampires, just like that tv show on discovery's animal planet.

Fireworks on Sunday? Why in advance? Would you blow some candles 3 days prior your birthday?

Is O.K. to celebrate birthday a few days earlier but not later. If the local has fireworks tonight, nobody would watch. All eyes are on Macy's show.

Big money do trade Forex. At least I know Japanese exporters trade Forex to hedge their risks.
Ignored
its not manufacturing era anymore.
lot of japan manufacture is out from japan, maybe go to china, or other asia.
lot of japan worker is on service sector.

from year 2000++, yen is source of carry trading. if i remember correctly people play gbpjpy as carry trade pair.

now dollar is follow yen's path. audusd = carry trade pair.
and later, euro thinks she can do it too, and carry trader will play euraud (short). --- this is what you can see at fx, but actually this happen in larger scale, equity market, bond market, future market, housing market, etc...

yen is getting stronger and stronger not only because japan's trade surplus. but more because carry trader unwind their jpy carry trade. there is now usd carry trade, more low risk. now almost everyone know, yen is getting stronger and stronger making it high risk to become carry source. euro is second options although euro still not commit to long term source of carry trading.

anyway, if you are intraday, i think this is not important.

Well, you are talking about relative densities not gravity. Airplanes' floating in the air is the same phenomenon. Even the thin air is pulled down by gravity.

looking at the past month fundamental data about Australia, they have been outperforming those of europe and USA,

June 6: quarterly GDP +1,3% (on a 0.5% expected)
June 7: employment change: +38.9k units (on a -2.2k expected)
June 8: trade balance: -0.2B (expected -0.92B)
July 3: bulding approvals +27.3%
July 4: retail sales +0.5%
..

I don't know if Aussie will fall or keep going north, but at least looking at the fundamentals, the latter seems to me the most logic direction..
