Saw a cross up but i am not taking anything against the trend , cause just did my backtest died 7/8 times against trend trades. Still feel its down since below the 200ema mark.

Daily range has been pretty tight, i think the break in either direction is going to be big.

Yes, the day range is rather narrow EU is less than 95 pips and EJ is better is about 105.
EU H4 looks like showing TDI bullish divergence.
But with the big event and news tomorrow, market may make correction before the next move ... a big one.

Took an EU 1 Hr short trade, got out when the candle pulled back from the asian range low

Personally I think you did well there if you escaped without damage to your account.

The 1hr is still on lh's/ll's for the downtrend but the last 3 daily candles are not exactly inspiring for move down. The big boys were unloading some of their eur shorts on the last COT I read. Whilst they are still overwhelmingly short the process of reversal MAY just be starting. TWT.

There are warning signs all over i.e. major historical support levels, divergences on several time frames, a doji yesterday. Unless there is a major news event a reversal can take several days to form.

US session will be very important me thinks. A solid neg close would still be a signal to sell (for us a retrace and 1,2,3 move down on 5 min following 1hr close).

Hi,

price going through contraction ahead of NYO. But the bigger thing to happen will be tomorrow EU summit and the Italian bond auction.

I stay out and watch what happend today NY session. I dont try pick top and bottom. Let the move show first and look for the first retracement.

can you tell me what the indicator is that you have on your charts showing the swing highs/ swing lows ?
I've searched through the paperclip entries for this thread, but can't see it.

asian seesion is only a part of the whole action today,
part 2 comes London , then US.

this week candle close and June month close candle will show the way for July

Take a closer look at EU H1 TF. (use a clean shart)

see what you make out of week 24 and now week 26...
also look at week 23...
remember one of my posts ...there is mentioned 1.2520.

Many traders are building up position target 1.300

Hi,

What is a 'pop gun"candlestick pattern ?

I managed to catch it due to TDI cross below on the first red candle plus it cant break the 1.2520 level.
