Well it would be nice if it pushed down 100 pips and then pulled back 50. It doesn't always happen though

Audusd just messing about today, I'm going to leave it. If it breaks lower tomorrow then I may take another short. Eurusd still trading below the 100 sma so I'm still in, I'll see how it looks in the morning.

I am watching 6 pairs on each of my 2 live accounts.

I watch for what I think maybe the best set ups if correlated pairs set up together.

Still new to this system and a lot to learn.

The adding to winning positions is a foreign concept to me that I need to adjust to.
I sold Eur/Aud last night, there was another H1 stochastics cross down today that I did not take as I felt it was too low down (31) but it would have paid off, maybe another one soon too.

Think of it this way - we open the first position when we get the green light on the charts as a test. Once a trend is proven. You look for the pullbacks to take the next position(s) and move the SLs, at this point you are typically only risking profit - and you are taking the next positions in a proven trend. And if you look at our timeframes H1 and D1 on historical DATA when a trend gets moving it takes a while for it to turn- It turns out to be alot of PIPs.... So the extra positions are in a PROVEN trend thats the most important point of these ramblings..... I know it seems weird, I came from a scalping background and it was only 6 weeks ago or so, so I remember how dumbfounded I was - till I tried this for a few weeks....

Relax, stick with it, follow the system..

If it will make you feel better turn you volume down one third and plan on taking three positions - that way you will be risking the same amount of capital, over three positions - and view profits as PIPs not currency- Just to prove it to yourself..... Just a thought.... I will shut up now....

Hi all

Bit of lurker here on this thread and I like your strategy. I trade using the 4hr swings with normal HA but enter using 15m with HA smooth candles. I have built up my strategy from pinching various parts from a few threads on FF namely Dreddings, HHarringtons and now yours (100ma!)

Although I can see exactly why youve been shorting AU today using the D1 and H1 charts, heres the reason I have not been shorting but been looking for longs all day! Stochastics can be a very naughty indicator when it wants to be and can stay in the OB/OS region for alot longer than you think!

I was just looking at your post, I have got round this problem by running small netbook at home connected through Team veiwer which is free to my samsung s2 smart phone so reasonable size screen.

This is a reasonable setup because it allows you to run custom indicators and money management EA's or what ever you want - you are obvouosly restricted by just using a mobile trading platform, but they are good for a backup and opening and closing trades quickley.

Anyone else looking at this pair on the H1 Very strange Z pattern Looks like a slide once we get a cross - D1 shows good downtrend...

This is actually interesting, we should test it out... The CHFJPY and AUDUSD are trading above 100sma on 4h, yet EURUSD is bellow 4h 100 sma. Maybe this will help weed out some unprofitable trades.

Chfjpy = Eurjpy + extra spread

Not sure what you mean by exact script but if you mean you want the mq4 file then no go because I had the ea altered by a professional coder who never gives his code away. If you search the forum for the original ea it is floating about somewhere but it doesn't have the function to close on ma or close on ha change.

Watching too many timeframes will just mess your head up in the end. Audusd is no longer a valid pair to trade as it has invalidated the daily signal by trading above the 100 sma on the hourly and when you switch back to the daily you find a green heiken ashi. That's enough reason to leave it alone and wait for a clear signal.

Valid pairs to trade today are eurusd, eurgbp, eurjpy and gbpaud. There are some cad pairs that could be traded too if you look at the daily but the hourly charts are very choppy so not good to trade.

I'm still short eurusd and have eurgbp short and gbpaud long. All just going sideways overnight, let's see what happens today.

I have 1 position in Eur/Gbp at BE, watching Eur/Usd and Gbp/Usd.

Looking to add to Gbp/Chf and Eur/Aud.
