The biggest problem with the world today is that the government does this very thing to what will serve their best interests.

Take smoking for example vs wearing seat-belts.

The accuracy of cancer studies have to be taken with a grain of salt on this one, but I think we would all be able to agree that smoking cigarettes kills more people each year than would not wearing seat-belts, but yet because of the taxation and revenues for the government paid by the tobacco industry, we are mandated to wear a seat-belt, but they will not openly rule against tobacco.

Let's now look at the criminal justice system and the ability for a parent to regulate their child's behavior through the use of the means they feel necessary. Like a lot of the folk I grew up with, justice in our house was swift and sure, as was always meant to be and even in the basic rules of laws, we were promised due process in a timely fashion. When we fucked up at home, it was a quick open palmed smack over the ear. That ringing we heard for a couple days was a reminder as to not repeat the same behavior.

Now that we are legally not allowed to take the same measures, over the last several years through my becoming an adult and parent, the jails are full, parents have little control over their offspring and the world is in complete fucking CHAOS.

Now, the governments of this world can't even take control and responsibility of what they were originally mandated to do, why should we allow them to take our tax money and tell us what we can do?

Really, look at my neighbors to the south. The Yanks. With a supposed economic value on the dollar being originally based on Gold Standard, the yanks in this market place can't even trade the fucker. Not only that, the USA has made it so that yanks legally cannot open an overseas account with any broker that would allow them to do the same.

Take anybody with business sense and everybody with half a brain and ask them what they think of the government ruling on what is feasible for prosperity and ask them if government should be able to rule and you would probably always come up with the same answer. The government operates without regard or recourse, has no place in business and should worry about their own house before they try to walk into mine. (of course I paraphrased here).

Fuck them.

When they can prove responsibility to the people that pay their wages, and when the can actually be a government set out, for the people and by the people in a true democratic fashion, I would be willing to re-address the question. Problem with this is, there isn't a human being that has had a life span long enough to see this happen and because I smoke cigarettes and don't wear a fucking seat-belt, I ain't about to be that candidate.

don't let me confuse the situation of my segment. i am bearish no ifs ans or butts. but if we break 2625 with more then a toe. i am bullish st as long as we are above 2281 period. a lot of fortunes can be made and lost if we break 2625. breaking it does not mean we will not retrace near Fridays low w/o breaking it.. for the bulls it would make Fridays (1/2 way+ is normal more times then not, just like Fridays bounce) low the risk. the best r/r is near the risk with a reversal signal. bulls or bs its all speculation. the same risk applies for the bears near 2625... the best bear r/r is near it. in a normal move we retrace.. with added Spain news it may be closer to 2624... the closer to the risk, the less is risked... the closer to the risk, the bigger is the reward potential..

2544 is the mid.... after these look for weakness. with the Spanish getting a bailout i would wait for the stall and some reversal candles depending on tf u like.. with the bailout i suspect it could be higher then the 2564.. shorts are in void above 2625... if we break it and then head lower the risk for an even shorter tf for longs will be fridays low + a tiny amount. so if 2625 is broken the target would be 2962.. but the entry for the long would be best nearer 2432.. the mid here between the high and the high and the low thurs/friday. about the same as the other 2528.. with the lower m at 2517 or 19 depending on preference on chart used.

it's a tough call right now... supposed to be a lot of short covering on this bullshit spain and china crap and a reported "europe works on new euro bond plan" headlines.... hopefully it doesn't last long.

This week may just be kinda weak all together but next week is exciting...

lol i agree here. these days I can somewhat appreciate the technique in boxing to win the match though, cause we have MMA for that.... but yea the money is crazy. I thought paquiao was gonna retire on this one.
