Massive range here formed on the Euro. The blue box is definetly a zone of interest if the week continues to push to the upside.

The proper sell was the ut in the 5m TF After the weak rally from the spring.
I apologize GBP/USD is not weak o what was weak was the 5 M TF.
It's doing higher highs from the last 2 weeks and there was a shake out on friday and a mark up. ( Or a wide gap).

In the daily after the mark up retested the resistance or mark down the key was no follow throught to the up side.

Have the Gbp/JPY on my list as one to watch. I like the way it's all converging with the 50 fb line as well.

Something to point out is the Aud/Usd trade that worked like a dream earlier in the week. Anybody new to this method should look at this chart and realize that simple is best.

Great short at resistance.Clustering of the closes of the two bars before the mark down. First bar is up next bar has lack of upside progress and closed in the middle of its range and it has open near the close of the day before.it means bulls bought at support at lower TFs but at the end of the day the weren't able to mark up more the prices than the day before. Because the close is clustered with the day before and we are at resistance.
Next day i mean the mark down bar opened near the previous two days closes and dind' t make a new high but a slight high The opening range ( sellers are in control)

GBP/USD
Daily is a shortening of the upward thurst. It means the market makes new higs but look at the closes. Are all in the middle of their ranges.

Supports and resistances move accordingly to the price action in the now.
Those are my conclusions.

I am also a long time trader using this and other similar methods (see profile) and I can also attest how trading in this way is very very simple, but it's not easy. Most fall for the unspoken hard part, which is position management.

4 bars to retrace 2 from support. = Weak reaction from support after an UT and a leg which retraced the entire range with 2 bars = SUPPLY in the market.
4 days of work wyped out by two bars.

They are correlated.
but 10% of the time they are not correlated.
