Here we have 10 200 cross happened on 4h on euraud, you see the result, if you missed this wait for a pullback to 50 fibo around 1.2840 and enter short if 50 200 sma have a cross down at that time !!!

Hi Emmanuel,

I just received a "buy june canadian" flash alert from a trusted broker.I shorted eurcad and gbpcad and a little usdcad, thought you might be interested.Gbpcad looks like it has a long down to go and about to have 4h cross, no need to mention eur, usdcad has a d1 tdi cross down too.

Hi ,

As gbp is a highly manipulated currency it hides its moves and behaves differently but we caught it this time You can see how big boys is hiding the drop with the 10 200 sma crosses, normally in an other currency this 10 200 crosses happen suddenly but in gbp crosses no way ! They made people asleep , they dumped the latest gbp positions to the retailers and now waiting for the big push down, might happen today or tomorrow but for sure it is gonna happen like a thunderbolt with the 50 200 sma cross down.
The best candidate to make it a pair is canadian dollar as it is gaining strenght again even against the usd.

Day chart has some reasonably strong support levels to break - waiting for a close below and PA to move lower, otherwise this could be the 4th false break in the past 3 weeks.

Hi Britpip,

it had a daily close (1.5988 ) below the monthly close (1.6022 )and the weekly low.I think it is time.Also cad is the biggest gainer of this week and gbp is the 3th loser after eur and chf.I think gbpcad is done this time.If you wanna make sure wait for the 50 200 sma cross on 4h chart though.

The $64 mill question.

Things are so bad for the Euro zone the big boys are still adding to their eur shorts as per the COT data. So at this point in time with the market we have now I'd chip in that even if you watch the video it might hold true in more 'normal' market movements but what we have at the mo isn't a normal market movement. Euro is in the crapper with no end in sight it seems. Personally wouldn't trust any buy signals until there is clear evidence of a turn.

See W chart, as we went through the Aug '10/Jan '12 lows the key level lows in play now go back to Mar '09 and Oct '08. If there is no significant reaction up from these levels 2456 and 2328 then the downside could be interesting indeed.

The 50 pip 5 min candle move up an hour or so ago was IMHO a reaction to the Mar 09 low, we'll need to see if the move up can hold, I doubt it.

I love the time tested way in trading with MAs especially my favourite 50 and 200. I am sure that the recent weeks worked out well for many trend traders. Synergy Advance traders must be smiling all the way to the bank.

That’s wonderful great way to close the week and month. Five full trending weeks in month of May this may turn out to be the best month of this year. Let’s see what June will be like with some major economic and political events unfolding. I prepare myself for some choppy weeks ahead, but will be looking to the August month.

No trade entry for me. Need to see what going on on the higher TF.

Wait and see how the US session will play out today.

I see USD weakening against the majors especially AUDUSD, NZDUSD, USDCAD, and also the JPY weaken.

well, it looks like this pair has started to go sideway.
Also noting that the 4H SHI channel has been redrawn with the new high during the US session.
D and W both look rather bullish and I will wait and see if there is a strong bearish setup before I take a plunge into selling this pair.

After such strong moves in the past weeks, I want to be more careful when to pick reversal trade setups. Consoildation period is quite normal after huge moves so better be prepared.

Yup, i can see from my 1hr charts EU is looking sideways also, finally today london market is opening, and ahead of eu rates news, i am pretty excited how things will turn out to be, i have draw lines on my chart now waiting for london to open

Hi S3 traders,

It has been relatively quiet with this thread in recent days. Hope everyone is trading well and making the pips.

Just to follow up from my last post #7451. I was looking at a possible correction after 5 weeks down-trending move.
There was a bounce off the SHI D channel last week with a strong push above the EMA4. But this SHI D channel has been re-drawn this week, very much steeper but I will watch the PA arund the RN levels.
1.2400 is an interesting historical level to watch.

Although PA on D is still below the TDI 32 level, it can continue to trade below 32 for some time. I do not expect to see a reversal until I see strong PA for a move up. Until then, I am still bearish bias when I trade above H4 TF.

The overall market is IMO ‘depressed’ and with the Greece elections looming, Spanish banks problems, RBA cut rate yesterday and recent poor China data showing slowdown, market is facing uncertainty.
EUR is still seen as the weaker ccy now.

Question is will market return to safe haven currencies like USD and JPP in the coming weeks?
Chinese CNY can now be traded directly with JPY, how will this impact the JPY demand?

I will prefer short term swing trading to long on USD and JPY. Intraday on H1/M15 TF can also be lucrative to catch the intraday corrections. Asian markets session tend to be reactive to overnight US markets sentiments but can yield some good trades. I see catching 20~30pips quick moves are good opportunities on lower TF by following closely the PA with TDI and APB as guide. Just don’t be ambitious or greedy for large target pips. Position sizing is part of the winning strategy to adopt.

In swing trading, I am a conservative trader and I never try and pick tops and bottoms. I use the SSMA5 PAC and PA for my entries. I prefer to think of average pricing for trade entries and build up positions gradually and not trading with single entry and single exit/or multiple exits. Multiple entries and multiple exits has some advantages for short term trading but this a matter of personal preference and strategy in money management as part of your business and trading plan.

There are always trading oportunities but one has to work hard for the profits. It may look simple like many trading methods and systems are made to look. But it is never easy as many would believe. It takes time to learn and master trading. Be patient and work on yourself as there is a trader in you.
