The ECB meeting looms large tomorrow‐ An aggressive ECB, cutting rates and potentially announcing
further alternate policy, like an LTRO, would be a significant move away from the language
President Draghi has used to date and a EUR negative. However, President Draghi so far
has only suggested that 1) the ECB needs more time to see if the LTROs have worked; 2) the ECB
is unlikely to move ahead of the Greek election and 3) the burden at this point falls to the governments
and no longer resides with the central bank. The significant risk of the ECB combined
with the end of June EU summit has helped to stabilize EUR; however the risks remain significant.

In other Eurozone news, Spain’s budget minister suggests that outside funding for its banking
system is needed. German factory orders were weak (falling ‐1.9%m/m); PMI services disappointing
(coming in at 51.8 in Germany) and Eurozone retail sales were miserable, falling ‐1.0%m/m
and ‐2.5% y/y. The Troika suggested that Portugal continues to make progress. Finally, S&P suggested
yesterday that Greece has a one in three probability of exiting the EMU. C.S.


I am taking in and out trades right now to much risk on table with spain now on a verge and asking for help i wouldnt be suprised if whe gonna see something like whe had a time ago a coordinated action from the central banks with swap lines back then. Back then whe had a pretty violent rally in short term. Now with records short it can be even more violent i dont wanna get face ripped on it so not holding anything in this area or whe most come in to 1.2650ish there iw would look more for shorts on swing base.

I am thinking to buil a long position before the summit (the garnadmasterplan) what they selling is on 23th oj june the next summit. It i sstill longtime to go so nothning gonna do yet on longside. If they come with a solution whe gonna see big short covering i also expect it before the summit and ifthey just kicked the can and nothing has be one i expect i violent move down in eu again.

In terms of position wise staying more cash now have nothing running in any trading acount.(risk factors to high) Will play a sell limit around 1.2500 on intraday basis with targets in to the 1.24 again or trail will see
