To me H1 and H2 appears to be a fairly strong bull attempting to break 9740 then heading to 9760 but I'm not betting against the larger trend on H4 and daily.

I've been sitting on some long aud positions so it definitely helped but nothing to do with being an early bird lol
There is much speculation about a .25 or even leaving interest rates where they are so no cut. This is a bit of a shock when even yesterday morning there was a 75% chance of a 0.5 cut. I am thinking we might get a bit of a bull run going as it will say to the world that we (AUD) are not running too badly in current climate.

BTW, quick tip... some people are running their metatrader platforms thin. With very few indicators as this stops lag (slow network broker response) when scalping. Another thing to heavily reduce your network consumption through metatrader is to turn off the news.

Tools Options and de select [Enable news].

Of course if you use the news feed on metatrader do not do this.

ive grown to hate execution speeds on MT4 and usually do all orders through the web platform my broker uses

anything that makes MT4 snappier is appreciated

0.9763 could be this session's daily high regardless of what decision RBA is going to make.

i'm thinking rate cuts are expected (priced in) and may result in bullish trend if RBA chooses to hold cuts or keep em as forecasted

a greater cut than expected could result in large sell off


but since this is forex, it could do the complete opposite lol

i've been trying to wrap my head around everything but honestly the best thing to do is use proper MM and watch the charts
