Looks like gold is getting to the hope side more the little usd weakness made big pop in gold relativily. Also rest this week pretty much down but gold held firm.

109.95 X 0.8 = 87.96 = Media driven bear market level of 20% off the current years trading high

114.81 X 0.8 = 91.84 = 2 year bear market level of 20% off last years trading high

148.62 X 0.8 = 118.89 = bear market level of 20% off the trading high realised in the last business cycle.






So we are currently at 83 which is 30.2% of last years peak reached after last years ME supply shock and 21% off this years peak reached after this years supply shock. We are by all aounts trading in a bear market for crude. You will see that Crude paused at around the 91-92 level for a few days, then collapsed through 91.84 or 20% off last years trading high. Its just gone through 87.96 (24.2% of lastyyears peak. Whe where are at a crucial level here Imo the media driven definition of a (bear) market. Im taking it as a leading indicator here . The fact it is trading below 87.96 means the world is betting on the U.S. entering a bear market and therefore potential recession in the U.S. in 2013. Fiscal Wall and automatic spending cuts to come on Dec 31st. S&P500 bear market level as defined by 20% off the last business cycle high is 1252.12 - Dont want to be too bearish here on the U.S itself, but if Oil continues to break down below 87.96 aggresively, we are in for a rocky summer.
Also QE whe probally not gonan see i sayed in sunday because of the qe needs to be triple it will kill the fed political. People will not take it last 1 was 600 billion equal to 2% gdp. Well this is what i do with it take it with grain of salt because i am loco.

......I don't think is over yet like I say yesterday, and the pull back is going to be on dependicy of the news coming from europe, so I think news is going to be the catalitique in this mather, notice the doji, big doji on the 4H chart here, that means indecition and if is big, is a big indecition, it could go eather way because is trap betwing the yellow ema5 and the aqua ema30, so will have to listen to the news very carefull, and then wait for the break in eather direction, if is up I have to take the lose and go with the flow, and if is down I will add to the mess to get out of the mess faster, and rinse and repeat.......

......Beacause monthly is defenetly pulling back, but up to where?, the magenta line?, because MACD and all moving averages are pointing down, weekly is defenetly down, and daily is in a worse situacion than 4H, daily is trap in the yellow ema5 and it already pull it back down from trying to cross, so depending on where the new daily candle open today and the new weekly candle open we will know more, if it opens over this yellow moving average it may go up but if it opens under the ema it may continue down.........
