When the whole family plants it is much better.....May have 5 trades at candle change.....Just got back from my rental house and checked the charts and things are headed south nicely....

Whip, Concerning Aussie pairs, and in general... I am thinking that as we enter the Summer months, it MAY help to use candle closes above/below YY as an additional condition for entry on D1 TFs. MAY just produce late signals...Not sure.... On H4 I rarely ever enter without using this additional filter. It doesn't invalidate many signals. Really haven't studied it a great deal on D1...As we enter Fall, we can lift it on D1....Reentries...Discretion plays a role...I look for 2 breaks of PC over a series of 3 candles. At first break an order is placed. If not filled within next 2 candles, I may withdraw it. Depends on PA, Dogs, volume, volatility, etc...With very low volume, which is most ofter accompanied by very low volatility, the Dogs are hard pressed, to zero in on the game...NB has a very good indy which may help with reentries, and with summer chop...See attached. Throw it on a your charts and let me know what you make of it. Looks to me that it lags a bit behind the Dogs, but doing so may be good for reentries, and, as already mentioned, summer chop....It's all so hard to pin down.....Should probably just sit back and watch the Elves work their magic till mid Aug....Still an option...

Mornin' whip, Have just closed both H4 Cable trades ahead of unemployment data to be released today, and tomorrow. G/J at 122.21, and G/U at 1.5510. News might help/hurt my positions, but I am averse to just rolling the dice with so many green pips at stake. Dogs still neg. Will look to reenter at next week's open. Still short D1 E/U......

Well, reflecting on the most recent measures taken...Think next time I'm short/long a currency twice on H4 and facing a news release with market moving potential, I will consider closing just one of the two positions, rather than summarily closing both, as I did today...I failed to take advantage of the small, but real element of diversity that trading multiples affords....Still many rough edges around my trading...We'll see what tomorrow brings....

Current setting on this trade...Dogs at 6,12,18 and Kv at 2.0...Kv on all other pairs, and TFs at 1.67.......Spritzing began early today...Dr. says a little(?)wine is good for my health...I concur. p.s. Punished severely for this misstep.......Cable pairs continue to drop apace...A lesson I will not forget. Good Morning, whip....With this cool weather cucumber seeds will probably rot before they germinate. Zucchini showing signs of life....

Platform shut down last night, "Old Version"......So I have my work cut out for me this weekend.....Will start over, have never seen a platform do that before....This makes me think that IBFX does not update platforms, just releases a new installer...Oh Well
No planting again today.....pouring down rain here....tomatos and peppers doing well though

Whip, After closing the last two trades H4 G/J, and G/U, except for E/U short, I'm flat. Beginning Monday, June 4th, except for E/U short, I will take a break from trading the manual method. The trading will be left to the elves, RSB, and FTLR until mid-Aug. Focus of my posts will be the elves' progress, or lack there of.

Both elves will be working H1...I think it's safe enough during the Summer to trade RSB on H1...Trading: G/A, A/U, G/U, A/N, E/G, U/Chf, U/J, and G/J. G/J can take to the dance floor without restriction, E/G, G/A, and G/U with no more than one couple active, and the rest with no more than two couples active. FTLR, also on H1, trading six pairs only...Above group minus G/A, and G/U. G/J, anytime, E/G with no more than one other, the rest with no more than two others...Trading small...RSB 5 cents/$1800, FTLR, 3 cents/$1800. Don't want or expect any stress...The few bucks made this Summer will allow beefier (can't be that much beefier at 5cts/3cts!) trade sizes this Fall when the TL Method will come back on line......EDIT: TO ALL, AND ANY READING MY POSTS. NOTHING I SAY IS TRADING ADVICE. DO NOT FOLLOW MY TRADES, TRADING METHODS, TRADING MODELS, OR TRADING STYLE...
