no, no need to reinstall mt4, just go into your existing mt4, favourite chart set up.. right click, templates, save template, rename it "default" then every time you open a new chart, it has your desired settings already..

im liking the mid to the previous target (2374) atm. 2497.. the current high from the bottom X2 agrees with 2497 as a possible target. even with this drop atm
