“Nobody is short Spanish debt right now because they are expecting ECB intervention,” said Andrew Roberts, credit chief at RBS.

just like yesterday on the down grade by E Jones and today at 7 AM on the statement re the ECB and the ESM being used to capitalize banks..........pretty easy to get caught in a reversal and the implied threat of intervention in there........
