I'm trying to figure out when to open long or short. For USDJPY would you wait for the price to touch upper 4H TMA for short? Or would now be good moment for that? Tma slope seems going down. On M15 it shows Buy Only but H1 is Ranging.

You have a 0.98 M15 TMA. Too early to short.

BTW: for gold traders - bullish divergence on min15. The problem is of course strong trend down.

is not the same ideal would be an alert to send word when it leaves the tma here is the price I hope it works well alert thanks

Not sure if I get you but all my different charts I have open are on alarm I now when a band is breached the indicator is an assistant looking at my charts then all of a sudden...sir it's above the band and I click him and he is happy.

PS: You have to set the indicator on each different currency you have open double click the blue & red lines and pull them right before the upper and lower band repeat on all. Hope this helps

Is there any way to reposition the, "extremeTMAinfo," indicator to the left? I have two screens but they are small. So, the 4 pairs I watch are squashed, which causes the indicator to lay directly over recent prices unless I make the window for that pair larger...then I end up covering the other pairs.

Look at this gif and let me know if I understand this correctly.

USD/CHF, is well above of the TMA 15M bands. If I was looking to short I would wait for:

1. A red candle
2. H4 TMA slope # to fall from currently + .44 to .25 or lower
3. 15M TMA slope # to fall from currenlty + .76 to .25 or lower

where are we now? should we go long targeting 1.3000 closing the open gaps? or Should we wait for the cross and take the free fall of EURUSD??

hi Kumo,
put the trix for kids indy on and enter when the thin line crosses the thick line and colour change in the lines,some people put a trade on as soon as thin line changes colour in smaller time frames 5m 15m

p.s.tma slope between .25 &-.25= ranging can go either direction but i would still wait to trade in direction of trend [check at least two higher timeframes. good luck.

I need to combine the TMA bands with the price alert indicator posted above, any way it could automatically follow the bands and alert when the candles cross, I am working on it but I still stutter with the metaquotes language and I am in the learning process.

Open the properties for the extremeTMAinfo, over the font setting there is size go from 13 to 10 or whatever floats your boat.Hope this helps

I'd like to ask for help in understanding entry rules. If I trade on M15 should I wait for price to cross the dashed line? Or the orange line? Crossing dashed line seems ok if I look at CAC40 chart but for currencies it isn't that obvious.

Just make the font smaller on the inputs. Thatīs what I did.
