just under another two weeks till the end of this monthly bar, two levels I'll be eyeing, 2938 and 2649, for a clue..

I have found uses for open interest in small more centralized commodity markets. Its a good way to gauge who is doing what. But you have to keep somewhat of a tally on the participants. For most financial markets, I dont see the how it would shed much light.

little early to be calling for any bottoms, I suspect...think the story will be told on the monthly bar in some capacity..thats what I'll be looking at anyway..

you don't think that futures vol and oi could be used effectively as a proxy for spot fx then ptl?

shorts are starting to unwind, but agree, all seems too clean of a "v" bottom..

but we're only down on uncertainty, greece hasn't actually said that they intend to exit...

what i think your saying is you would need to look at the reports daily but off course they lag for us in london as it comes from cme which isnt a big problem sorry they lag for everyone as its basically an indication on positions held for longer than normal

but we can see the difference between march april
