i think 9950 is not the final bottom, 9880-50 - > 0.1 point from 1.0855 top (strong resistance) and also there is support at 9880-50

i pulled 1 long from 9923 for +5 an holding 1 from 9915 @ +1 ill just leave it if i get a nice 4h close soon an zzz

But to take a side i'll say that 0.9888-0.9886 is a hard support (look back and you'll see); also euro will near support. Eur/aud is at resistance and more drop could be seen.

Euro news were better then expected (way better). Aud news weren't bad either. It's risk on.

Maybe 1.0020 a place to short...but all depends on the news.

price went to 15m 200 and was rejected twice.. if we get a low close candle now or the next and a 5 and 6 ema cross combine with macd turning around then a short can be strongly considered..

but until u have at least these elements combined. . i personaly dont see a short entry yet...

From some technical analysis we are now at a critical support level for this pair. If we keep seeing a bearish trend we should drop down to around 0.96xx. If Bullish expect a rally as the dollar recoups its massive over sell.

Positive fundamentals will assist either way.

That my take after 14 days of being introduced to the market. Any pointers?

you mean a critical support turned resistance?

yesterday this support at 0.9975 was broken, today we're retesting it to see if this support has become a resistance.

Hmmm... Maybe. I'm still learning lol. Im looking on long term day trends. This is one of three main support levels I pulled out over the last year of data. From memory this support was from the December 11 low.

Why 96? First there is the 0.986 support that didn't get taken out; then it's 9786 then 0.9665. Look at daily.

as you can see ,on the short term ,we meet some resistance . then you know ,if you could short or not ,and where is your sl of your short SL position .

Nice job on recognizing a temporary bottom. Not that surprising considering the trouble it had breaking that level in December.
Do you really think this pair is going to turn on a dime though?
It's going to have to make a higher high and fail on a retest of the low before I would consider a long here. Until then, I'm looking for opportunities to sell.

p.a scratching 15m 200 ema .. if rejections continue.. we may be heading downwards towards 9900 or 9880 ..
