That sneaky spike down was a test of the 61% Fib Level on Aud and 78% Level on Euro. Hence the quick pop back up on both.

It hit me in the butt. I don't understand the reason of such a weak supply at the parity..

Neutral now; bullish at ~9900 and will be scalping short at 1.0000 and 1.0015.

Hi All,
Just noticed a diversion on AU on lower time frame. Although the trend is down, I think intra-day trades have a chance for a 100 pip upward movement or so. Good Luck.

.... Good eye! I have possible 4hr diversion too my friend. Might be worth a try after the news in an hour(if your not already in @ BE). IMO.GL!

divergence only means weaker movement, in this case it means bears are taking profit while they have new sell orders at the next trend line contact.. as long as the bear line remains intact, you will not see any upward move on 100pips

for a bullish divergence to indicate the end of a downtrend, it must break the bear line and retest the support area

Yep! But, is hidden momentum as a possibility and method to enter.. Of course it must brake and confirm retest to be valid, if she does more than just 100 pips.... If the bears think she will go down more, why would they be taking profit then?..
