also took a short on the europeans' (quick selloff early) and Dow and am out..........talk that JPM may have covered already or spec to that effect.

who knows?....there is so much distortion of information (but where there is one cockroach there are certain to be others)

gave some back on a gbp short

still think shorting US equities is risky with the FED in the shadows so not fond of hanging around

the NY market pa is annoying

I meant that I am ageing... and fast when trading.

Okay, I'll pass this time as I am only here for two nights, and locked up with clients, smiles, and nodding in agreement whilst my mind tells me that most of what I am hearing is bullshit, and that I would rather be back in my home office watching PA.

However, when I am next in Brussels, I'll drop you a PM the week before and even if we cannot find a party, we can surely find a meal and a pub for a few hours.

The Greek crisis continues on its downward spiral, which isn’t so much breaking news anymore…
The riots in the streets, the reports of mothers leaving their kids at orphanages unable to provide for them, the suicides, the descent into barter economies…
These events aren’t news worthy anymore, are they?
Nor is the utter failure of the Eurozone bailout efforts (in all of their austerity nastiness) to keep Greece’s head above water and in the Eurozone headline news anymore…
But latest reports from Reuters inform us that banks have been “quietly preparing” for Greece’s return to the Drachma.
That is breaking news, isn’t it?
Well, maybe not so much…

.......I so much BS and manipulation, I wonder when they are going to stop talking bad about the eurozone and start talking about the problems that where never fix here in the USA.......I can only wonder.....

Index..US.. day chart at some serious resistance..50% and ext 200.. and Quad and 2 mth and week.. 618%.. using fibo pivots..just as a matter of interest of course..going to watch for EU longs

Chonchy: yes, we plebs have to understand that dying children and a displaced population on the edges of Europe is not as important as maintaining the bonuses for the wealthy. Yep, there may well be more rounds of bad news before the run on what is left in the Greek banks comes to an end... and we all know it is bullshit; this bailout nonsense is all about moving money from one side of Europe - the taxpayer - to the banks that hold Greece debt... in particular, French banks. The people of Europe... the powers that be don't give a f***.

Danc: thanks. And yes, USINDX at an interesting point, and so I expect either range for Cable and EU, or probably up... of course, and news of a coalition government being formed for Greece will assist. For how long, however, is the real question.

And surprise surprise, this morning's numbers and news for Germany and France is positive.
