my brother in-law makes 500 bucks a week. he has 1000 bucks a week in bills. i loan him 25k to help with his bills. now he has a 500 buck job a week with 1100 bucks per week in bills. plus he owes me 25k. meanwhile he just had a paycut. he now makes 400 bucks a week. so i give him another 25k to pay his bills.

i know.. swiss is already "regulated" by EU.. Norway is a big one.. probably as a last on the list..
