Okay Gentlemen, and any fair maidens that may lurk,

I’ve been mulling over the concept of a ‘fun fund’, and as such, had contacted Dukascopy. In principle, the concept of a managed fund with a primary money manager nominated on the account is feasible; with the nominated having limited power of attorney. This is, of course, not complete power of attorney, but does present issues that I am not comfortable with. One such potential issue would be that there could be the possibility for me to take any profits and run… although I like to think that I have a certain level of integrity, and am comfortably solvent, I would hate to spoil the relationships on this thread by finding myself in a situation whereby desperation, or greed, got the better of an honest character.

In addition to this, the documentation required of the money manager is a little too intrusive for my liking… this may fuel the fire of questions over my employment and movement, but, well, I am not prepared to detail to the degree required of me in order to further any entrance into such a program.

Sorry, but it’s not for me.

.......this acc was just that, a fun fund dream, a dream with 500 dollars, you, ingmarforex, roro, tonyo and me, because no body ealse is in, is just a dream, what are we going to do 10, 20% a month, double it in a year, never by august, the summer, so is not enough for an air france airfare, oh well we are going to have to pay for our tickects without this acc if we want to ever meet, that is all in dependance of how much we want to meet each others, well I will start saving to go to france in agust next year, and tonyo is coming to miami soon so I will see him here, roro and ing, I have pictures of them so no biggie, I see them in the pictures here in my desk.......

on Condor's take about managing........been there and done that with LPAs on a non compensation basis so on the same page when it comes to sorting out complications that cross over at least several regulatory regimes from IRROC to CFTC to FSA - did i miss one or 4?

informed and informal conversation in this context is difficult to find so i price it as priceless

on a technical point the rotation in and out of LPA to trade such an account is almost an impossibility

i vote for informed discussion, girly pix and banter........not necessarily in that order

PS.........imo the markets are becoming increasingly complicated and price distorted so for what it is worth having a place to converse over the said evolution taking place before our very eyes also becomes so much more important.

you did a great job keeping this thread going since i started out at FF Chonchy

the Dow..........i think BB has put a floor under the Dow and NFP a cap above it...........the floor because i somehow doubt that BB will make the same mistake as last year when QE ran out with no obvious replacement in waiting behind the scenes.

on that basis i remain skeptical of being short although fundamentals argue for it.........i think the policy makers will take a page from Walt Disney's wonderful world after all and make a bad situation look pretty good.

besides, OIL down $10 is a huge subsidy for the global ec that the FED does not have to print and argues in favor of stimulus - upside down thinking but it has merits.

big pinbar on the 8Hr S&P with S at 1350

and, the US Dollar is not in a panic breakaway mode........at least not yet.

i am looking for some twists and turns and volatility

.......Its amainzing how you can get ansius to meet some body over the internet, sealy me ah............but forget about it, it was just a dream.......

price hit this aqua ema on 30M and i think is going down again, MACD and %K are tired, but everything is down, at least 2950 again is a posibility me think........

you may get it and if you do then BB will look very stupid indeed because 2650 negates all of the gains for the equity indexes since the break higher from jan 2

in other words LTRO 1 and 2 and BB's most recent insistence that the FED will print again............trillions up in a puff of smoke, but who knows in this distorted central bank market

or as ZH puts it, "The Fed is destroying the capital market by pegging and manipulating the price of money and debt capital. Interest rates signal nothing anymore because they are zero. Capital markets are at the heart of capitalism and they are not working."

......My tree charts view........

.......I think like dswk say that the door is open now, a retrace or pull back? well we have being waiting for it but is not coming, some times, Ben can't print as fast as the market can drop me think, and is droping, over 400 pips in the last few days, from 3382, 8 days ago, to 2911 today is almost 500 pips, that means that the market is reading into another opocaliptic era (2008/2009) all over again and I don't know if the power of the dollar is gone but it sure dosn't looks like it, all I see is down, like I have being saying a pullback or retrace but that is all, is off the cliff me think, again..........all tree charts are thechnicaly in sinc fort the down and laging indicators tell us that MACD and %K can be oversold for a long period of time, good luck folks.......

..........Another mirror image of this cataclism can be seing on the dollar/franc, that is also pointing up in all tree charts (my tree charts) if 9300 is the line in the sand, well 2009/2008 era make them fall all together so if you thinking in hedging your risk use another pair because this one also fell in 2008/2009, both pairs broke significant level so like I say good luck....hard times ahead......
