i want to long AU again @ 1.0110 area. because of the big up-trend line ,the break of the down channel lines,the 168.1% fib level on h4 TF. whats your ideas ，friends？

Just be careful with your trend lines. You need to be connecting the first two swing lows for an uptrend.
The resistance line on my chart is the exact angle of the ascending support and as you can see was respected three times making a lovely channel.
Depending how hard we fall at the start of the week, support of the trend line may not come into play until around 0.9900, so that could be 200 pips lower than your entry and maybe a possible better long entry .

I'm trading AU off the 30min tf and my bias remains bearish until the charts start showing some strength. Lower highs and lower lows have been giving great easy shorting opportunities.

After pondering on the next weeks AUD move.
I would think we will see a stronger AUD by the end of the week.

I am just guessing that people with realize AUS is still a AAA rated country with the best investment returns.

Still seems AUD fundamentally deserves to be stronger than the USD.

Lets see if this weeks data doesn't hurt too much.

I think we will see a re test of that 1.0350 area after the interest rate announcement.

The interesting thing on the AUD is depending on what time frame chart you are looking at the curreny could be moving in 2 completely different directions.

The GBP copped a pounding (pardon the pun) and depending on elections should recover a bit.

The NZD did NOT follow the AUD through the thin market of Friday night/Sat morn AU time.

Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated

yeah i dont know y the americans dont put that guy in power, have to be the most easily manipulated person in the world not to....this is my other side of the story news feed (only for open minds) the title may put u off but all the articles in there are proper articles, not made up shit...take a look..

Agreed during last 8 hrs of week wind down, they tracked roughly sideways, but in the Daily and Weekly context, they tracking similar paths down .
They have been very good early indicators all week moving 10 - 30 minutes prior to other ladies,
I think better watch co relation with yen than usd, as both are more sensative to yen movement, with BOJ lurking, dosnt look good for either these pr.
Gap up either or both these pr, not worry us, we will be defending Mondays Open as per usual

hey,fosking,the first two swing low for uptrend line,you are right .the question is where is the SWING low, there are big swings and small swings ,i think this is why different people have different trend lines .and i agree with you that we should wait for showing some strength, wait for support at lower time frame, or candle pattern ....... that's what i always do .

100% agree, that bounce to 350-360 would create a second shoulder in a H&S pattern on 4H (would be wave II up, while this drop could have been wave I down), then will follow wave III down to ~98.

However, there's another possibility (bullish): this drop could had been final wave V down within major wave 1 down (full finished, or very near...)
1. then now to 360 (wave A)
2. back to 200 (wave B)
3. to 700 (wave C, finishing a triangle in a major wave 2 up)
4. oh-my-God...

Both hypothesis concord on the first branch.

But probably this bitch will do whatever else...

looks like every pair aud going into parity gbp/aud goint towards 1.60 aud /cad going towards 1.0 and euro going below 1.30.So only two pairs USD and GBP that were gaining for the last to weeks are winning,somewhat funny,and sad for those on the long side as this aint going to change its course yet as it seems with todays opening.
