Al tested H4 and he was not very happy about his H4 results. As far as I remember in just one week he got 500 pips less than he was supposed to get just because price (unlike H1) didn't go to the opposite TMA H4 border.
I haven't read the whole thread so I didn't know that Al tested the H4. I closed my positions for 173 and 136 pips, because I didn't want to hold them through NFP and over the weekend.

Yes, Al tested all timeframes and although he still thinks that M15 is a very good timeframe for this system, right now he trades H1.

In my opinion the signals are not clear enough to go short - even tho my bias is very short. I would wait for stronger signal and stay away from Eur/Usd until after NFP unless you get a strong short signalsuch as a break of support lines. Even with a signal, in the current environment of uncertainty, I would go for small, quick, profits 10 - 15 pips. Just my opinion.

Sorry for delay - I have been gone for about 3 hours. Anyway, while gone my take changed slightly and I put in a short E/U at 1.31680 and when I got back it was at 1.31488 - so I got out with 19+ pips. But I had only looked at the one hour & four hour charts when discussing my feelings above. I don't think I will get back in until after NFP tomorrow plus we are getting into a real slow period for the rest of today. It looked to me like your trade on the 15 min chart was a good setup - Did you take it?

Tom, I wouldn't trade the current setup at all, at 8:30 there will be very important news, "Unemployment Claims", for me it is almost as important as Non-Farm, I usually stop trading at least two hours before Unemployment Claims.

I cannot complain of slow days either...I trade M15 and H1 (fine-tune entries on M5) and netted +272 pips this week already.

Monday: +41 pips
Tuesday: +101 pips
Wednesday: +77 pips
Today: +53 pips

Could you explain more about this TMA modification. I usually trade 1m too looking at 5m and 15m in the same chart. And btw you are right, only today since London open in eurusd 1m was around +85 pips ready to get with 1m
