Price was turned back near 129.00, but we're still positive...Have adjusted SL at close of 08:00 GMT candle to 129.96....Trading is tedious...Should be left to robots, or done by humans only on D1, or higher TFs...Maybe I'll become a robot...EDIT==== This trade was stopped out at 129.96... -3 pips + spread.

Good Morning Pippo,
After a 1 hour job turned into an all day affair yesterday I ended up with only 1 hour to work on FFCAL last night.....Was never able to get it going and I'm still in the same place this AM.....Have not used FFCAL in a couple of years or so and any tips would be greatly appreciated......

FFCal is sketchy....for a while I couldn't get to work either....Don't remember the fix. On D1 TF not so important.......FTLR graph is H1 TF!. No b/e profit pips being rendered....1400 trades, about 40% into recovery...I must get this thing repaired.

Hi Pippo,
You and I trade FTLR two different ways and both work.....A real testament to the quality of the software.....
I have my GJ chart set up and just need a sketch of the trading rules without FFCAL for D1 charts.....

whip, turn off the channel lines in Demark indy. Turn on horizontal lines. When candle closes below Blue horizontal line place an order to Sell at L of that candle - 0.05 ATR 313. When candle closes above Red horizontal line place an order to Buy at H of that candle + 0.05 ATR 313, + spread. YoYo at 7,10, with Kv at 1.67...Shift 1. Use position sizing method per post #1360 in NB thread referred to earlier. Weather here has me stymied...darn!

Yes, because at this time of the year, I want to be very nimble...Looking for positive movement, early, or out...1.67 looks enough to get us to TPs....Trailing strat better in Fall, and Winter...Wider stops...Who knows...The market is, basically, inscrutable...

whip, Keep an eye on the Horiz Lines, my understanding of what I have been reading may be off...I think just trade the TL itself will be best, as we had been doing at Steve's. Demark indy's configurations have always befuddled me...Sorry for the confusion. The horiz lines are in a,"logical," position on my live platform showing break points for current candle. Not so for IBFX demo I am using here...

I think this is the same setup we were using at Steve's place.....When I can get back in the house I'll check the thread there and see if they match....In the mean time would you check it out please?

The D1 template I loaded in post#437 above is current...Only, 1) Turn off channel lines in Demark ind. 2) Set YoYo to 7,10, with Kv at 1.67, or even 1.33!!. YY setting on your chart may not be correct....No rush, price stagnating...NFP week...

Morning whip, Overcast, cool, and drizzling here...will plant first sunny day......Have reattached template. All the settings are those I am currently using. Set up is the same we were using at Steve's except for, 1)YoYo set to 7,10, 1.67. 2)The MMls ind is not the one you modified. The position sizing is simpler now, and uses MMLs ind in post #1360 in NB thread. I see you have it. P set at 313, NumBars set at 2500. 3)The ShowTakeLines input in Demark ind is now set to true. 4)The ATR&CandleLength is an addition and is used to adjust position size when signal candles are long per method in post #1360 in NB thread.
