been using them for more than a year now, I praised them all across the board and as you say, never had any issues with them, but lately, they started to really stack up - I filed four complaints only last week:
1) late or incorrect execution (32 pips is really extreme even in fast money moves) of orders
2) negative slips both on SLs and TPs (rarely goes under 2 pips, interesting that they somehow miraculously manage to close winners earlier and losers later, not the other way round)
3) JForex not working correctly, doesn´t show...Ignored
1) Have never seen.
2) Have seen, but have also seen the flip side of it. Also seen much worse at other brokers.
3) Have seen. Always buggy. I barely even look at it these days...zero charts. HATE Java!!!
4) Definitely never seen...but will flip my shit if I do.
Well...none of that is any fun. Sorry to hear that. Will keep an eye out and let you know if I see anything similar.
As I said, for more than a year now, dunno anything about any reshuffle though, I just noticed they opened new branch called Duka Europe in Latuvia I think (or Estonia, too lazy to check...).
