What I am watching..

1640 is the south gate for gold.. we touched and bounced from here..

1h developing a downtrendline with possible small bullish divergence.. NOW..

if we break that trendline. then we are above 1650 and next possible level would be at 1657.. BUT..

If we turn down, then we get a new , or another test of the low [1640]; then the div is void and probably we are going to open the south gate WIDE..

maybe a smart move is to keep SL just above 1650 ...

yea, well where I'm from, you dont put a print up without out having another guy on the other side, but dont get me started...just have to factor the fact you are trading the most crooked market out there...

Hey Ken,

been using them for more than a year now, I praised them all across the board and as you say, never had any issues with them, but lately, they started to really stack up - I filed four complaints only last week:

1) late or incorrect execution (32 pips is really extreme even in fast money moves) of orders
2) negative slips both on SLs and TPs (rarely goes under 2 pips, interesting that they somehow miraculously manage to close winners earlier and losers later, not the other way round)
3) JForex not working correctly, doesnŽt show opened positions, shows incorrect equity value etc. etc. (actually plenty of stuff)
4) Different swap value on two identical positions (this one really got me, had two positions opened to cover one early and let the second one run, kept them overnight and swap on the second one was 6 times (!!!) higher)

So I start to be really, really pissed off, made some basic calculations and I am losing 4 digits amount of money every week because of these "minor" failures of theirs...

And Dukas is also who slipped you 32 pips? I get filled on pending orders where the price doesn't even reach at times. How long have you been with them? When did it start occurring? Did your account get moved fairly recently when they were doing whatever reshuffle was going on...mine didn't, for what its worth.

Lucky you, I certainly am not As I said, for more than a year now, dunno anything about any reshuffle though, I just noticed they opened new branch called Duka Europe in Latuvia I think (or Estonia, too lazy to check...).

All the troubles started like 14 days ago (incl. the technical ones), was (almost...) 100% satisfied customer till then. Hopefully, weŽll be able to settle this and I can get back to the rank of happy customers.

...and yeah, those 32 pips was Duka as well. They must have had some technical problems at that time, cause the whole platform acted very weirdly, I had to restart it several times. The point is they opened the given position like 15 minutes later, when the PA was somewhere else, 32 points lower, although my general max. slippage allowed is 2 pips...
