Yes, I was reading your previous posts about this and I think you are right to be wary. It's a tricky one because we all know it's a false boost, but if the timing is right and it's at the bottom of the wave, then who knows? Let's hope so.

thanks for reaffirming i am not going mad lol.........you know, the central banks are tricky and not to be trusted imo, but when you think about it why would anyone trust a bank that can take 1 of your dollars and lend it out 9 or 10 times and make 3 or 4 or 5 or 15% multiplied 9 or 10 times by your $1, and then pay almost zero on deposits not to mention all of the service fees while getting the full faith and credit of the taxpayer to cover virtually all losses.

fractional reserve banking has to be the best money making scheme ever invented.

ingmar............i started in currency with futures and always had difficulty with the Yen, and Cad for obvious reasons. you just reminded me why i like spot

i have a descending TL under spot UJ with S at 79.25ish (8H looks very O/S but 2H looks like it can move a bit lower form 79.75)

Hi Mate,

Yeah the yen looks exhausted right now i am buying small units right now on chf/jpy cad/jpy gbp/jpy eurjpy and usd/jpy is what i have right now but if drop more down i buy some more buying small increments cost avergaging. Will see how it goes alwell on the cadjpy chfjpy usdjpy and eurjpy already up a bit so will see what happens. Need to see bit with nzdjpy and audjpy they look still the weakest right now. The question is gonna be if the easing will have effect the last time whe saw also first yen strength and the it started to soften but yen pairs i normally hate to trade pure tech so thats why i split sizes to give me breathing room start buying small small around this point and add if it shows me bottoming.

hi ingmar.....

i put another line under that UJ so S comes up a bit higher around 79.50ish........looks like price can test it. see what the US Mfg PMI brings i guess.

i like the yen crosses vs UJ because of the yield and if there is more printing the commodity currencies should run.

Notwithstanding that this week is a little peculiar in terms of European bank holidays, and elections for France and Greece at the weekend, I am hoping that Sterling can put up a better fight than can the Euro against any Dollar strength that may creep into the market this week.

Not much to report on the May Day protests in Europe today – apart from the welcoming news that more apolitical citizens are using the events as a protest against crony capitalism and big money/political corruption at the expense of the taxpayer. No doubt there will be present the hard-line, disruptive socialist element that refuses to move away from using their ‘comrades’ as a means to feed at the trough, as opposed to actually helping their fellow worker, but hey, I ain’t judging today.

And Chonchy… discovered DJ Tiesto thanks to you. Erm, not my usual cup of tea, but I am currently listening to DJ Tiesto_Live @ Cream Amnesia Ibiza 2005. I’m currently bip bip bopping away at the desk in the hotel room now, and no doubt annoying those below me as I tap the feet and hands in time (as best as I can as I try to keep up) with the beat. Also watched a few videos on you tube of the clubs in Ibiza. Oh to be twenty years younger and therefore be able to justify being present at these places. The closest I ever got was the school disco on a Thursday evening for two hours in a wet, cold England… with Mrs. White the English teacher spinning the disc in the school assembly hall, the girls doing some sort of shuffle in a small area of this hall, and the boys sat on the window sills and talking about rugby, or something, whilst not having the courage to go and speak to any girl. Well, apart from Tommy Smith, who could always be found behind the piano in the corner of the hall necking with one of the ‘top’ girls of the school, who in turn would be found trying to keep Tommy’s hands outside of her dress. Hemline below the knee, by the way, as was the rule for the girls.

Ah, those were the days…

.........The move upstairs looks weakening but I don't think is over untill is over (over the magenta 3183 and then is got 3150 suport) but it is in deed weakening, notice it dosn't do the channel in the same hights but it is crowling north, maybe a next atent to go up, it will fall of the clief, and I'll be waiting, to go to 1.30.......
