And this forms a larger QM as in the box in 1st chart (which i traded too) so this could be going down down down. Well i hope it is anyway.

Hey everyone.

Is there anyone else waiting for bullish price action on daily USD/JPY ?

We've got the very big round number (80.00)
We're at a swing low
and at a 50% fib retracement (Feb 2 - March 15)
We're kissing the 150 EMA.

On a day like this would you consider a bullish PA valid ?

I do not think anyone could call this bullish PA. I would not be looking for longs at the current time, unless we get a break above 80.00 and a close of some significance.
I think UJ is destined to go further down, so unless you get a very good signal, stay away from longs.

I would also not go long here, the area from 80.4 to 81.0 has traffic - no space.

You could go for it if there's a close above 80.0 and you are willing to babysit the trade.

I can dig it.

1st graph shows price at a PPZ, to the very left of the purple PPZ i marked down shows 3 bars where neither buyers/sellers had a upper hand. (price consolidating?)

However, the light blue dash line shows what I think is a bearish H&S pattern. Price went through the neck line already.

Next graph: Looking further back, the two white circles show where price spiked up and supply pushed it back down. Resistance turns into Support, and price is in this zone right now...

If buying, I think the first FTA would be the upper red TL in the 1st graph.

So, depending on the H&S or the PPZ, it's either bullish or bearish haha.

G'day Guys,

I've been following the post for a while and learnt a lot already.

My first post: on GU Daily

My thoughts would be to go short on retest of HCR rejected by yesterdays PIN(?) - around 1.6260

Confluence:
- 76.4% fib
- FTL Resistance
- BRN 1.63
- Previous HCR (D+W)

First profit target would be around 1.62

Appreciate any comments

aud/jpy broke strong and fast, tendency when the markets get this consolidated up. You can play pure breaks of these patterns when the markets are this tight, but I always prefer PA to lead the way

Tried to explain my analysis on the chart . Hard to put everything on it , but i am happy to answer if someone is interested in this pattern I like it a lot ! I call it pitka , because of it's looks . It means a home made bread .

very nice Rust, I call that the "rounding" of price. That shows a loss of momentum(or referred to as divergence) price tries to push lower makes a new smaller low and retreats higher. If price does this enough it will round off providing a strong support zone and good areas to watch

look what price did. It's all about location

BUOB was running into the descending TL. Price breaks that BUOB up at a swing high and hits that TL and drops like a rock. Logical place for good selling to come in. It's very important to know the market environment we are trading in. This is also why we teach these bars at proper swing points first, because they can get you into trouble easier as continuations in my view
