Below is a daily chart of this frickin' rangebound POS I am becoming increasingly frustrated with. Unfortunately, barring some major disaster/event, it looks like we will be stuck with this for quite a while. I've also indicated what I percieve to be the appropriate levels to be played. Now, the question is, what is the best way to trade this seemingly immovable range, or is it now just a matter of giving up and finding something else to throw money at. This "staring at a frozen chart all day" shit is really, really getting old very fast...

imagine if you had a business in china mass producing something like steel. with labor so cheap it was just 2% of the cost. imagine if raw materials and equipment were 22% of that cost. imagine if shipping was 12% of that cost. for a total of 36%. then imagine if your energy cost to produce the steel was 61%. and a 3% profit per ton

the same plant in the u.s. with a 9% labor cost. with shipping at 8%. with the same equipment and raw materials cost of 22%.. but with a energy cost at 40%. leaves a 21% profit.
