That's commonly referred to as a "Freeze Level." And 20 pips is beyond absurd. If I even had to ASK a broker to lower that that level for me...I would probably be gone before they had a chance to comply. BS! Don't care who it is and/or the platform/liquidity pool they offer. The worst I deal with, as mentioned by others, is 5 pips...and THAT is even horseshit!

Ask a decent broker/institution about Freeze Level, and they'll say...what's that? As in...there is none!

dustbins have not changed much lately so postin charts with the same levels is gettin old. money makers for sure but for bragging ... nah LOL

had some winds pass thru on sunday which took out one of my BIG pine trees and doing clean up yesterday and this morning so here is the latest bins i been dustin ... like pullin teeth i may add

it looks that way doesn't.
imagine if you had a business in china mass producing something like steel. with labor so cheap it was just 2% of the cost. imagine if raw materials and equipment were 22% of that cost. imagine if shipping was 12% of that cost. for a total of 36%. then imagine if your energy cost to produce the steel was 61%. and a 3% profit per ton

the same plant in the u.s. with a 9% labor cost. with shipping at 8%. with the same equipment and raw materials cost of 22%.. but with a energy cost at 40%. leaves a 21% profit.
this is what cheap energy does.
u.s. ng is going down. its also cheaper to produce now. the u.s. has 400 years worth atm + the future to get more. china has about 3 minutes worth that is shipped in.. whats that do for workers looking to buy a car.
labor is cheaper in other Asian countries. china is not what its all cracked up to be. this energy trump card is getting louder. smart business is coming to America. china will win the less energy intensive products verse the u.s.. but they have to do it cheaper then Vietnam Indonesia India. china better hope the damn don't break. w/o energy..china cant be what many claim it is.

Below is a daily chart of this frickin' rangebound POS I am becoming increasingly frustrated with. Unfortunately, barring some major disaster/event, it looks like we will be stuck with this for quite a while. I've also indicated what I percieve to be the appropriate levels to be played. Now, the question is, what is the best way to trade this seemingly immovable range, or is it now just a matter of giving up and finding something else to throw money at. This "staring at a frozen chart all day" shit is really, really getting old very fast...

Dang! ...I like the way you put that. It would be great to see that pan out and beat them at there own game " sort a speak"..Will GM be the new Walmart in China? Probably not. But, I love the idea of selling American cars to the the Chinese! All 1.4 trillion need one..Fact is, we are still buying Harley's and Craftsman's made from them dude to the Gov. pushing out big businesses, mostly due to fair trade agreements, which is another story...Lets hope this is a start of the turn around...But, I'll be damned if I'm buying a Preust hybrid yet!

Now if they have all these cars and have lower refinement reg's with allot of buying power won't that shift the leverage of the dollor a bit..? Maybe over time, shit idk..There was a skermish on Chinas bordor too the other day.. Let me c if I can find the story....
