One of the only bosses I've ever had in my life used to say that all the time when he was pissed off! Hence...I used to indirectly try and piss him off all the time to hear it. Wicked thick Irish accent, too! When he caught me trying to do it, then he'd say...you malignant little bastard! Same result for me...but on thin ice!
