I am also having problems with the iphone & ipad app.

I am surprised you are not aware as the issue is reported in the app reviews. Since the last version it loads the splash screen / logo screen and then exits to the home screen of iphone /ipad.

Problems seems to be wide spread not just a few people

--- OK just re-installed (probably done this a dozen times) and its working again. Lets see how long this remains the case.....

Please email me ([email protected]) some details about this if it continues to happen. I talked to our support, and we aren't aware of ongoing issues on the app. We have several people in support that have iPhones and they used the app the last two days with no issues. If there are negative reviews in the App Store, that doesn't help us troubleshoot any problems as there are a lot of games played with reviews of these products. In order for us to potentially help you (or anyone else if there is a problem under a certain set of circumstances), we need to be able to track your logins, what problems you are experiencing and when, and exact details of your phone and iOS version.

The easiest way to do that is to have a single contact that you send information to, which I can be.

+1. Reinstalled today and problem solved...it's usually good for about a week at a time.

Today I open 0.2 and 0.1 buy position,after a while I set close limit price at 1.3153 for both position.

But the strange thing is my 0.2 position is closed when price reached,0.1 position remain.

My order ID for 0.2 position is 6243666,and 0.1 position is 6243664.Right now 6243664 is still running,can you look into it? Thank you!

You had a limit order order working.... limit orders may not be filled.

If you wanted to be out of the position for sure you need to use a market order.

I use MT4,as I know when limit order price is reached,then this order will become a market order,isn't it?

I posted before you posted the screen shot of MT4...

I have no idea how MT4 works.

Are you talking about MT4 or Desktop demos? If MT4, you should be able to right-click and remove.

im talking about on your site, i have 5 demo's, 1 future and 4 forex demo's

No, that's incorrect. If he had a limit order at that price and the market hit his limit and moved beyond, he has to be out.

The best thing to do is use our online chat to contact MT4 support, give them your account number, and have them look it up. I assume this is live, not demo.

I can't support trades directly here on this forum.

No, when a limit price is reached, you are filled, doesn't turn into a market order.

Hmmmm, looks like there was a filing mistake. I just verified that there is no issue on our end, our net cap remains over $20 million as always or we would be shut down. There is no change in the number, should be fine on the next month's posting. I will do a little more research and see what happened.
