If things continue roughly the same way with this pair that we should see this scenario get played out. Am wary on the 1.0320 level to. Also the lower highs have been failing to get to this downwards trend top. So maybe 1.0350 unless china comes out with some bangers imho.

Every new release make the AUD/USD go down...every?...every? I have not been in the FX world for long, but I have never seem a currency get weak, no matter what come out. Positive news, negative news, and other currency, and AUD get weak... WOW!!!

My broker hasn't calculated the weekend interest for 31st march/april on the usual thursday (5th april). I'm assuming it is due to the public holiday of Good Friday. Does anyone know when they will calculate the interest? And will it be a big number of days? combining the weekend of 31st/1st with 7th/8th of april?

I have quite a few short positions which I don't want to pay so much swap on.

I'm in AUS if that helps.

When you first started posting on this forum, the Aussie was stalling around 08-0850. The consistent rise before you started posting (when it first rose to 0845) was questionable and many people were talking about it being "overbought".

I personally think you just went Long at the wrong time. The downturn from March until present could be a retracement of the rise from Dec - Feb so I wouldn't lose faith just YET, but depending on your positions, I don't know if faith is your biggest worry. Hang in there, sir

Do y'all think the RBA rate cut has been priced in yet, or is there still room for more?

NFP was awful, markets weren't open, so how far will the Aussie drop once the major markets do open back up?

Since NFP was awful, what are the chances *potential* QE3 talks will come up again, leading to a rise in the markets and the Aussie?

I havnt been in fx long either but from what ive read an seen is that aussie sacraficed a few things so they could boost their commoditys, mostly the mining area. Chinas underperformance created fear an aussies main buyer couldnt buy as much from them. Maybe 65% of news releases have been against the aud atm aswell probly more so i guess aud is danger to long?

strong downside bias at present

1.0330 on friday was the preferred short.......if you missed it or you dont like to hold over the weekend, 1.0281 today

heading towards 1.0180ish........then possible retrace, consolidation or bust right through

........either way, anticipating price to eventually this week head lower than 1.0180ish

of course, i could be proven wrong........so i have SL in place and no worries
