Apart from now I haven't really had much issues in demo, just stupid shit in the beginning like charts getting stuck but since I've reinstalled it seems to be fixed. Once you get past the headache of adjusting to the various issues the platform has it isn't that bad, unless in live it's normal to have trades fail to execute or orders are opened too late, etc.
Doesn't matter how "bad" it is in MT4, MB Trading can't do anything about it. They don't own the code. The platform runs fine for what it is. Desktop Pro is much better.

If you took 2 seconds to think you would probably realize that posts here are deleted and edited accordingly to MB best interest. If you follow the thread and catch posts before they are deleted you will see that everything is a big deal too hard to do to MB.

Anyways I don't think you care anyways, I doubt you even trade.

I am unaware of any plans at the moment to alter the fee structure of PFL. Obviously, we have always been fairly aggressive in lower costs to traders for all asset classes (stocks, options, futures, and forex) where we can. When it comes to the PFL plan in particular, keep in mind that there are two numbers involved, the fee that you pay for market orders (currently $2.95 per 100k) and the rate you get paid for limit orders (currently $1.95 per 100k). If we ever decided to lower the costs to traders, obviously both numbers would go down. But again, I’m not aware of any plans to make any such changes at the moment.

You can find quite a few brokers out there where you can trade on the cheap.

Who cares about 3 bucks on the pay-per-limit.

You guys should charge 5 bucks for the PPL and bump your spreads to 3 pips.

Than use the money to upgrade your servers. Fire all the undergrad college students in your IT department and hire some professionals.

Don't pay for advertising, instead just come here in the thread and challenge any broker out there to beat the stability of your platform.

That's it ! MB will go to the top of the charts in number of costumers.

The problem is that I know something like this will never happen.

I can be wrong but I believe brokers make a killing with "platform instability" thats why Oanda, FXCM, MB and all others don't address the issue

I have to say that I’m not pleased with the implication. ForexFactory would not just remove posts on any thread without reason. I don’t think I can even point to 20 posts (out of 9224 on this thread) that we asked to have removed, and those were for one of three reasons:

1)They displayed customer account information, which should never be posted on a public forum
2)They displayed legally protected email responses between our reps and a customer (if you read the disclaimer in the emails, it is not permitted to repost and our legal department takes that matter seriously)
3)The poster was obviously harassing the thread or using harsh language without adding to the conversation

And, we have NEVER requested that a post be edited by ForexFactory. I doubt they would do that anyway. I’m more than willing to address any tough and legitimate questions that can be thrown out there. I don’t need to have them removed. But when it comes to the three items above, for privacy and legal reasons, that’s a different story, and those are the only (and rare) cases that we would get involved.

I’ll give you an example. There was a guy a few weeks back that kept trying to post chat and email responses from our reps that showed his account number in regard to account balance corrections he was seeing in MT4. I was able to spot the issue, which was something he had caused, and I kept asking him to contact me directly. He never did. So, in that case, since he is clearly ignoring our request to help him solve what he perceived was an issue, AND he had put up his LIVE account number, AND he was illegally posting private responses from our support reps, I had 2 of his posts removed. Note that he still never contacted me.

FF delete posts independent if the poster is right or wrong, and I'm ok with that because if I post here it means that I agree to their rules.

Now don't come here and say that you are not happy with the "implications" because I am the costumer, we are the costumers not you.

I came here in the past and expressed some valid concerns about MB and what happened?

My posts got deleted! And on top of that posts that attacked my posts managed to stay.

I was seriously thinking about moving my secondary account from FXsol to MB but guess what? I changed my mind based in how you guys handle the issues that arise here in this thread.

I'm just one guy but you can be sure that a lot more people read this thread and get to the same conclusion.

If I was MB I would ask FF to keep all posts and address them accordingly,MB would get out on top. If I'm right I deserve a answer, MB would get out on top, if I'm a troll people will realize it and MB would still get out on top.

I got honest concerns expressed in posts that got deleted and it reflects in your company image. You guys end up looking shady.

You better read it quickly before this one here get deleted also.

As for questions about MBT--here is the only response ever needed--TRY IT FOR YOURSELF AND DECIDE. Forums are biased, friends are biased, companies are biased. If you are unwilling to put $400USD in an MBT live acct and trade a micro lot for a month or two, you won't make it in this business...ever. PS...use desktop pro not mt4...it will save you a headache or 20...

Done...and now you can flame away at me too...I'll just laugh in my MBT-themed fanboy costume!

Anyways ZZ means "dick" in french and since I don't plan to spent more than a half second glancing over what he writes more "erratas" can come down the line.

I’m not going to engage in most of this conversation with you. You say you are the customer, but then you say that you are with another broker instead, so you aren’t the customer.

If you would like to have some sort of constructive conversation, then I suggest changing the tone and let me know how we can help you, which I am always happy to do. I don’t recall any of your posts being deleted and I’m not aware of posts being deleted other than the ones that qualify for what I discussed in my last thread.

If there is something that I can help you with specifically or pass along to our team as a suggestion, let me know. If all you are going to offer are attacks, then there probably isn’t much point.

Let’s start with your first suggestion: Raise our prices by 66% and as long as the platform is stable, people will all use us. Meanwhile, the most common request that we get are for lower fees, so I’m going to have to shoot that one down.

Ok so now we are starting to get something constructive here.

Read around Justin and you will see that traders are after a HONEST broker. People are tired of fighting the market AND their brokers.

I had to split my account in 2 and send 40% of it to another broker just to hedge and lock profits or protect my capital when Oanda decided to play their tricks.

My account may not be that big but 10 guys like me would account for close to 2 millions and thats good money even for MB to have.

I'm not with oanda anymore but I have to keep a second account with a second broker because even my new broker decided to disconnect me. And it is doing it too often.

If I find a decent broker that let me trade without gimmicks. Guess what?

I'm gonna consolidate my 2 accounts into one.

I'm sure I'm not the only guy with a secondary account to protect trades. People will consolidate their Accounts with a honest broker and again 10 guys like me make almost 2 millions.

I will say it again. If any broker out there gets the reputation of a honest broker they will bankrupt the others.

I wasnt happy with the desktop pro in 2007 and let my account go then. The MB mt4 seems fairly stable, it does disconnect and reconnect alot sometimes, but that could be my lame satelite intrnet with its high latency (which sucks for trading btw). So Far MB seems pretty honest, I spoke with Michael today about my Trailing stop problem which has been fixed so we are all good, Ill let ya know how the week goes, but so far I tried it and I like it. So much so I shared it: http://www.forexfactory.com/rmrf so far so good, it seems to be working pretty well for me, but I am still new to going back to MB, but only after them finally allowing mt4 trading.

I undrstand that MB allows you to just have two accounts if you want to hedge, toggling between a long mt4 acct and a short mt4 account, isnt that tricky , no ned to go to another broker, and that isnt them, thats the lame federal regulations or some other similar BS

It's not possible for a broker to get an honest reputation on forums because of the way forums work. Haters are haters and other brokers can't stick to their own threads, they have to make others look bad. Took me a long time to figure that out.

I left Oanda for MBT months ago. MB Trading already offers everything you want...solid platform, 100% honest, very regulated (they couldn't get away with not being honest) and great support usually. The Desktop Pro platform now is top-notch with bells and whistles for beginner to advanced traders in all asset classes. A real trader won't find better, but here you are, no live account with them, complaining about God knows what (because you never say) and then saying that they can't be trusted based on what people (like you) say on the forums.

And for God's sake, please stop telling them to raise their commissions 66%! I like them just the way they are and I make good money because of it.
