Operation Twist and related back in the table. GS and other major analyst on the short side of dollar for today. ES defying gravity and flirting with breaking highs again.

... No man land until details with the minutes and no more room for stops to the short side and ready to shift direction (h4) on any signal of QE3 or related ...

Is QE3 still a possibility on the table? I was under the impression that the Fed is pretty happy with how things are progressing currently.

Not that I wouldn't care. Sell the dollar for a year at a time sounds awesome.

If it wants to get through 3700, it will need conviction, not a pissy move like this. There's a lot to go through above there.

I keep calling it bluff ...but when the big bastards (GS and friends) are so vocal before minutes ????.... better safe than sorry...

Yep. But as I explained in my triangle post, the supply is actually so heavy that the idea is to beat on it until it finally breaks. We are reaching the apex of the triangle... usually the move happens within the last 10-30% of whats left of the triangle (and also dependent on how you draw it i.e. lows/highs or closes).

Each Higher low shows the weakening of supply until it hits the top, and then pops all those jackholes stops.

Usually triangles are formed to clear out a zone on a higher time frame. Are we in weekly/monthly supply atm? But let's see... I'm still bullish on the daily, h4 pretty much a cluster frack.

GO GO GO GO GO, I think rooting is the only option left.

Right.. But what I want to see is a structured move, there will be a lot of grinding to do still. A fast move like this can't last, can't be sustained. I'll either short the spike or wait and see how the retrace looks like and pick it up from there on the long side.

Yep. I just jumped in at the bottom of this last wave, going to lock in a +5 now. But yes, it's dangerous in this situation to long at the top, shorts would still be the preferred risk play. The triangle play is the breakout and retest. They always do.

Well we are last break out of Support area in Quarterly/monthly...already tested 3 times (in consecutive months) so is weak in my books...

Watch-out mate...the last move in dollar was on QE3 mumbojumbo from the Bastards before the minutes ...If Fed "confirm" we will have something a bit better than a scalp on dollar pairs ....

Aussie has been experiencing some seriously heavy offers. I'm not sure if it's actual offers or the long term carry traders are unwinding their positions. It's hard to tell at this point in time. It definitely looks compressionish on the way down. (Constant spikes up while still overall moving down).

This thing will unleash north when the offers finally disappear.
