i like your charts Chonchy.......i missed that wedge for the Euro until you pointed it out, and mentioned to smikester the SP looked toppy into the open at 1410 but did not short it........very leary of shorting US equities because of the overt manipulation (jp diamon likes to come out and spook shorts i noticed)

fridays, usually i try to be flat or stay flat but did get in for a quick hit on the CAC......bought it at 3400 on the nose with a tight stop just under the day low of 3395 and closed out for 20 points so made back my losses on the DAX from the other day and made some on a long USD/JPY from last night at 82.05 when hermit was here.......

i like to work at being versatile and getting my mind flexible to be able to change directions long or short........i also like the quick hits for in/out.......it adds up and reduces risk

i am starting to accumulate a larger position in the EUR/CHF and have been buying today around 1.2040 with entry orders lower down........that is about the longest position i have ever held......the last one i had for 3 weeks i think before blowing it out

i am more of a funnymental trader than technical, as you can probably guess already Chonchy, but i am getting sharper at spotting wedges/channels/flags and i like your charts........very helpful as i work to improve my technical knowledge.

US equity markets are closed next friday for NFP so nice to also be able to trade currencies that day........looking for a disappointment but that may translate into a run up for equities since GS is calling for a slowing US ec, a depreciation of 5% for the dolleur and another round of QE by the FED.

i think i am done for the day and all in cash except for the beloved EUR/CHF which i also bought for the wife so hope it sees 1.2400!

AUD/JPY - went long on the break.......in at 85.75, sl at 84.75 just under the Japan corp financial year end low yesterday

do not usually enter trades fri PM , but it a modest position size and i want to get some short Yen exposure
