Hi Al, can you tell me how you can reach your fabolous monthly return.
Today I was doing some jogging and started making some calculation, and here thay are.
I already asked you something similar but some of your posts here and there got some doubts...

You make let's say averagely 150 pips per day
You use 4% of your capital, which turns out that out of 100k ideal account your position will be 4k ($ 0.4 per pip)
This will turn into a gain of $60 dollars (150 pip x $0.4) per day, $350 per week, $1400 per month, $16800 per year. In other words 16.8% return per year which is still something but not the %75 per month that you once said.

So, since the above example is not our case, in order to reach at least 50% per month, which is incredible, with the same account of 100k we should use a position size 35 times bigger the 4k, or in other words 140k ($14 per pip) .
Which is still very conservative because we are talking of a bit more than 1:1 ratio between account and trades size.
So given your ideal 100k account what is your average trade size? One lot and a bit more?
Problem still is producig 150 pips per day......at least for me.

Actually I did not see it because on the ExtremeTMALine indi there is not such a parameter, I will use the one you showed me. Thanks again

Thank you Robert for that info. I'm trying my best with the M1,M5, but I'm far from successful yet. I'm still missing something somewhere and need all the help I can get. I traded the M15 2 weeks ago and had success 18 out of 20, and I still bragged about it here, but I could not repeat that success again. Its like I'm struggeling now...... and the current program and latest indicators should give me an bigger advantage.....
Thats why I'm looking at lower TF's also, because I'm currently not moving forward.
Are u using the standard indicators here? Any bit of advice will help.

Hi Riddermark - I see the uptrend has exhausted quite a bit. I have the 3 TMA's on my chart, 15M, 1H, & 4H and all bands seems relatively flat...as compared with the uptrend to the far left of the chart.

On a different note: I just dropped down to the 15M chart and noticed how the 1H bands are pointing in the opposite direction, kind of like bollinger bands. An interesting nuance in the indicator.

I have detailed this in several posts, but here it goes again:

I use 50:1 leverage with a maximum of 50% of the account invested at any given time. 6% maximum per position or roughly 8 positions maximum at a time if I am not in recovery. Each Recovery counts as an additional position. My best returns are obtained using 5M charts and trading 12 hours a day for a 230 pip average per day. My average winners are 92% with 30 to 40 trades per day and 10 to 20 pips. This is very tiring though and I donīt recommend it.

I definitely am not getting these returns since I started the thread for obvious reasons, one of them being that I am trying longer time frames, Currently H4, to see how well they work with this system.

Below are the results of 3/7 on this thread when I posted the trades real time several times during the day. I ended the day with a 12.2% return. I was using a 10,000 euro account and trading 1 lot per position.

You should move to H1. It is much easier, with more time for entry and exit. Mistakes are much less likely.

Both H1 and H4 are ranging, under 0.50. What I said was not to trade against H1 or H4 if either is against you, meaning above 0.50 for a short or below -0.50 for a long.

Yes. I agree with you. Wait for a red Heiken Ashi candle and a Red Fast Trix before you pull the trigger. R1 looks like a good spot to short.
