Hopefully we will get another bounce off the 38.2 fib. I'm waiting for price to break the ascending trendline, if it does I will enter short and target the 38.2 fib retracement. Chart m15

True I was observing this pair and entered manualy. I didn't use trailing stops

Seems to be bouncing off descending trendline and forming a mini triple top. Looking to short soon only if price breaks lower...chart m15

Obama will try everything he can to block any further rise in gasoline and crude oil prices, that should create a resistance for AUDUSD as well.

TAKE PROFIT ON THE SECOND LOT (March 27 2012 - Tuesday)

AUDUSD (Bias NETURAL) - I took profit of 45 pips on the second lot because the 1H stoch is now oversold and turning up. Price could retrace. To compensate I moved the TP for the third lot to 140 pips. I will trail stops if the trade reaches 115 pips in profit.

New TP level is 140 pips with trailing stop after 115 pips. The Reward/Risk ratio is unchanged at 0.6/1.
The weak fall by the wayside.

TRADE MODIFIED (March 27 2012 - Tuesday)

AUDUSD (Bias NETURAL) - I split the remaining lot in two trades by replacing it with two smaller lots. I did this so that I can take profit just before 1.0400 on apart of the position. TP on the two half lots are 115 and 160 pips average of about 140 pips.

The average TP level is 140 pips with trailing stop after 115 pips. The Reward/Risk ratio is unchanged at 0.6/1.
The weak fall by the wayside.

Sounds like you had a hell of a trade congrats!! When you said you purchased 3 lots at 1.0520x what do you mean? I'm new and just starting out and trying to learn a few things.

Welcome. He is talking about 3 individual trades (one lot is also commonly refered to as order size like 1 standard lot AUDUSD = 100.000 USD). He did not purchase - he sold 3 orders (does not matter which size you should adjust that to your account size - read about money management / risk - reward) at a price of 1.0520 - meaning he is short (betting on downside) with 3 orders at 1.0520. Splitting a trade into 3 orders is useful if you have different targets with different probabilities. You book some profit at a high probability target and use that cushion to allow the trade more time to reach a 2nd or 3rd target. If the 2nd/3rd position does not reach the target you can still get out BE (+-0 - entry price) or even in slight loss while still having made profit overall because of your first positions profit.
