very large pin bar on USDCAD gave a quick 20 pip gain

A nice result from this pin bar on the AUD/USD

It was counter trend (I suppose- trend quite flat?) but there was also divergence between price and RSI

This canīt replace live trading but itīs as close as it gets and it can really speed up your learning curve.

Careful with these... We want to trade away from the moving averages instead of into them..

Also, there was a lot of chop in the usd/xxx and xxx/usd pairs around that time; they were affected by the new home sales news release.

These are the kind of CT trades we want! Notice the very strong divergence, and the pin bar is near the edge of the BB, closed bullish, and and rejects 82.00 nicely. Price moved straight to my TP near 82.35, an area of prior support

Thanks - that is good advice. I must admit they were a bit risky but too tempting - a trait I must learn to control if I am to be successful at this game....

Didn't get this...market was in a strong trend up...was hesitant to counter-trend. There's always another opportunity. Happy trades

There was a good 5-7 pip opportunity earlier in euro for 1:1. Small trade not sure if anyone took it

Iīm currently backtesting the EURUSD H1 Chart with Trade Simulator....manually.
This will take me a while, so donīt expect much of a contribution from me the next couple of days.
I will post the results when Iīm done.

Market's been pretty choppy so far this week...I've been stopped out a couple of times. Not very many good PA setups that I've seen

Most pairs have not been trending. Hence finding good set ups has been dificult. Reversal trading has been better in these markets I find.

Traded this bearish PA trade right off the middle BB and 21 ema. This was a 2 bar PB, almost a DBHLC. Closed at previous bar lows for 1:1 R:R. +16 pips.

Here's a great setup on eur/jpy. I was watching this area but honestly I missed this one because I wasn't paying attention lol. TP would have been those bar lows where price is stalling now, although I would have watched when price hit those bar lows in the rectangle and closed if price stalled there. Nice PA with the trend (of course) right off the 21 ema and middle BB.
