Now look at this one:

H1 outer bands. M5 TMA inside them. Look at current UsdJpy. It is above the H1 band. I just shorted UJ based on this primarily.

Very good reversal if the inner band is outside the H1 band. I would like to know how comes you did that? Did you changed any thing? Please state how you did it.

I am just curious. What did you change the ATR multipier from 2 to 3?

1- Installed a second TMA and changed time frame to H1.

2- Changed ATRMultiplier to 3.

3- Changed color and thickness of the bands.

4- Changed colors of center line to black.

Inside is the normal TMA with a 5M time frame.

I changed to 3 to spread out the bands so they touched the extremes of the M5 TMA.

The M5 ATRMultiplier I left at 2.

one last thing:
here on UJ please check all the time frames, H1,H4,D1,W1 all are out of the upper band except the Monthly...
check the monthly and tell me what you get?

Al this is very interesting and promising, thanks for posting your charts. In your last post your hourly multiplier was 3. Did you also use 3 as the multiplier on this chart set up the M5 USD JPY?

Hi Alfredo,

Great system, looking forward to testing it.

All the indicators work great, except my dashboard is coming up empty. Read through the docmentation, threads and changed all the settings , but no change.

Anybody else had this problem yet?

Here is another one that I shorted based on the same principle. In checking all the Usd crosses, I can clearly see that the Usd is ready for a substantial pullback. This is UsdChf.

Yes. Three for all the H1s and 2 for the inner TMA.

Also confirming the overextension in price is the divergence of the Slope indi on all the Usd charts. The mound on the right of the histogram diverges with price.

The nice thing about this approach is it gives you a set of good visual short and long term targets. For instance, you could place a break even stop when price moved back to the M5 centre line, take half profits at the opposite M5 band and let the rest run until it either hits the opposite H1 band or gets stopped out.

Thanks for your kind effort. Could you please clear me once more on the modification. On the 15m frame,
I wanted to drag in another TMA on it and modify through "Custom Indicator" window
on Visualization option, but could not work out. How will I do that? Any explanation will serve me good. Im still learning

This is the S&P 500. Interesting to note the over extension in price BUT no divergence of Slope, which means this is going higher after a short pullback.

Exactly. This may be the answer I was looking for to using the Extreme TMA System for trending markets also. It seems very promising.

Does anyone have any thoughts on which currency pairs work the 'best' with this system?

I'm currently running the eight default pairs that come with the monitor indi. I seem to be having most success with the Yen pairs, but that's most likely because I've only been testing the strategy for a few days. I've had about 18 trades, all of them being winners (I just target 15 to 20 pips per trade). I've had to use recovery for two of them: a GBPUSD trade last week (recovered after one level) and a GBPJPY trade from yesterday which has just gone to third level recovery.

Yesterday's trade was a cock-up - the result of very bad analysis. So bad, I deserve to take a loss, but I'm trading for pennies so I'm happy to test the recovery method and see how my trading psychology handles it!

No. You change the TF in the first input value to 60, not on visualization options.

Then you change ATR Multiplier to 3 on the H1 TMA only. The 15M remains at 2.

I use:

EurUsd, GbpUsd, UsdJpy, UsdCad, AudUsd, UsdChf, EurJpy, EurGbp. If I had a 9th slot I would use EurAud.

Thank God you have realized it is useless! Beside the fact that I hated it, I also could not understand the correct way to use it...hence it was of no use for me.
