Excellent point....the real winners from the housing bubble are all the reverse mortgagees....

When pa is far away from that Red Dot, I always think it could never go there but it always does. Same situation again. Eyeing at the Green Triangle above but affraid it may go to that Red Dot. Playing very safe, very very safe.
