I think it takes some experimenting to get the tma slope for beter entry!

Hi Al - The problem I've witnessed in other threads with people adding indicators and messing about with the system, is that nothing ever seems to get tested properly. Hence the simplicity of the original system is lost.

Sorry to be negative about the changes being made, but I've made about 15 (penny) trades since I set up the currency panel last week and every one has been a winner. It's the best system I've ever seen, only the second one I've been profitable with (the other one is Symphonie) so it worries me that something fundamental will be lost.

That's absolutely fine. It's just while I'm learning, I try to understand why others enter a trade and if I can match it with my understanding of the rules. Thanks for clarification...

I had wins every day with Alīs original system. Never see a better system here. No losses so far.
But only with the original system without spike indi.

Yes, me too - original system + the currency panel to help spot potential trades and trading off the M15.

Also just noticed my GBPJPY trade from this morning has just hit TP (I target 20 pips - entry was around 129.59). That's 16 straight wins...and another 10 pence in my account! ;-)

Taken that the base system is working pretty well (at least for some of us), shouldn't we focus on analyzing the bad trades and try to understand a pattern here. A bad trade to me is a trade that perfectly matches the rules but still went into a negative result. A bad trade here and there is still fine and no reason to change the system with obvious impacts in other areas. But if we could detect a specific pattern on majority of bad trades, then we should look for ideas how to filter them (if possible at all).
just my 2 cents...

I am thankful and using the very first packet file and very first system rules Al posted here on day 1.

It works for me and gets me pips everyday, I never felt any need to change anything, hence my previous questions regarding removal of indicators, things being replaced etc

I don't need a dashboard, more indicators or any new rules. If it isnt broken, why try to fix it?

Al had been trading it for 10 months before he brought it to us.

busy this morning; watching recovery on Ej short; Eg recovery just now from yesterday; Gu, Au and Eu 1m wins for 10 pips; I"m loving it Al!

Nothing special; just following rules using 1m chart with eye on 15m...like Al teaches.

Confidence growing...

PB, I still use the MACrossover for confirmation, however, I feel the TMASlope is one of the best indis I have ever used. The more I use it, the better I get with it. Spend some time with it and you will feel the same way.

No. I closed it.

William, if you need to have close stops and you have trouble leaving trades open at night, I donīt think this system will work consistently for you. The system is based on catching extreme turns. Inherently, those extremes imply volatility and you will continuously be stopped out if you donīt give price the room and time to change direction. I am telling you this because the way you managed EurAud was exactly the opposite of what the system requires, and it will happen to you multiple times in the future. It is important to fit a system to your personality and not the other way around.

Hi, same thing happened to me, couldnt get it to work.
So went back to V5 (have attached) which works for me

on extreme TMA..it says BUY for Euro/USd on 1 M..5m 15 and 30 M...but its going down n down..is it showing some future signal that it will go up in a while?
