Don't do anything. Wait for all of the news and then the open of the U.S. exchanges.

The U.S. exchanges open at 9:30 EST (35 min)

I do not trade this system per se. I trade a variation of the TMS system and this system.

All indicators are from this thread. I suggest you go to the first page to find all indicators. Alternatively, you can use the paperclip in the top right corner to find one specific indicator.

sarmatius, great post, i can relate to what you are saying. I too had a great rewarding career and when i discovered Forex 3 years ago i wanted to be at my home office trading instead of being at my work office. Very frustrating when i would get home and see some losses because i wasn't able to control my trades or missed the trends then had to read about how everyone else made money, i also like to trade the H1.
I also didn't need to trade but like you it was and still is a challenge because now that i have retired comfortable i am trading stress...

Thank you for your encouraging post, its really inspiring!
I'll try to keep myself burning of passion for this and find a way to trade regularily while not dropping my prefered TFs and strategies (I use TMS H4 TF, S3 and Synergy).Or maybe I'll adapt myself to daily charts till I retire(I'm quite far from retirement age...34y old here).

Veterans, X-man any ideas ?

Hi Star178, thanks for the indicators. Just wondered if you could explain how the ticks work below Lawgirl's trend indicator please. Or direct me to a manual if their is such a thing? Cheers.
They just show which way RSI is pointing on each timeframe - all it shows is if the current close is above or below the previous close, which there are digital gauges that do exactly the same, but the rsi one has the added benefit/confusion of an angle component (i.e. if close is above previous but has fallen a bit the above shows 2 O clock). If there has been a market gap the digital and lawgirl meter may give a different reading (LG works from previous close, digital works from current open). Read into it what you will.
