i know it sounds lame but it truely is about not over trading and preserving your capital... if your down pretty good stop trading bc it never gets better and u wont get lucky and make it back... it will only get worse... u can do it bro just dont keep making the same old mistakes and u will be fine...

more and more i am getting convince that what u told me about overtrading is right: that was something that i wasn't really aware of. fuck bro i ALWAYS have to be in a position. that, technically speaking IS FUCKING STUPID!

gotta work on that. if i didn't fart as much as i do i'd sit on my hands more frequently... but it sucks to eat a sandwich that smells like shit...

also if ur having a hard time stay away from this place .... FF can be poison for a traders brain... the best thing u can do is sit in a room by yourself with a news wire and cnbc on...

yea bc think about all the times you had a winning trade and all the winner did was make up for the 3 loosers earlier that day so u close the day even or a lil down instead of up where you should be, and it was all from over trading.... trying to force a position bc u needed to make money...

trust me i have learned the hard way sidelines are better than bread line brother...

i wish i could help ya... im not a very good cable guy.... i have not traded it much...

ill tell u one thing though she is a good mover... loves the stop hunts to the fades in the opposite direction

lol see what i mean... it really does love to do that.... this is what i have learned and it may help you...

when you start your day mark off those stop levels(where you see the spike) with horizontal lines on your chart. make those your entry level and only take entries on those levels..

usually the london traders will wait for the news for these moves to happen as well... thats where u see those spikes to huge counter moves

for some reason cable loves doing this even more than other pairs...

Morning. You guys are killing me. Spilled coffee a couple of times reading back.. Jawn your liver problem can be as simple as replacing your mattress. I couldn't sleep on the right side either (old beaten up mattress). Also, if you sit for many hours check your posture.

not good, went short I think around 107.50 just before the huge spike towards 110.50 stop was luckely tight think I lost 15 pips, since then no real vibes here, long term I am a convinced bull, maybe the break-level @ 103.80 could turn me trading bull again
