So finally is it Pepperstone? They too had problems late last year but they seem to have done something concrete apart from just writing forum posts. Any other ASIC/FSA regulated broker that gives < $500 ECN/STP account that allows microlots? I know MB Trading is another one. I opened a live account with Armada markets too, but I am not very convinced about their regulatory compliance.
Not trend, but imbalance is my friend

Is anyone having issues accessing their real account? Live chat weren't much help. My next option is to call them, but I'm at work lol.

EDIT: Just called them. Ipad and iPhone apps are down. They're chasing the issue now. Apparently they are also doing maintenence on Sydney servers but I'm told that shouldnt affect trading (I.e. accounts get bumped to next usable server).
Phone help was very good

Hi,

Guys still no new server in US or Europe?? Just still checking if Go markets fixed it's pipes to give it another test.

I saw that some complained over slippage. I don't remember I had before slippage that would be a bad new developpement. As I would pick Go market STP over some ECN here to avoid the slippage & get tight control over the spread here.

Supposed to be a server upgrade this weekend, might be worth a look next week sometime

Thanks to hubby7 for the heads up on the IBFX wizard, an EA that has been developed for the MT4 platform.

It provides true one click ordering along with a preset SL, TP and TSL being available.

For multi-screen traders they also have included an undocking tool.

These would all be extremely useful tools for GoM to implement.

See them here:

why don't you pull your finger out of wherever it is hiding, place it on the keyboard and type in g o o g l e . then do a search around for mt4 trade management tools. if you were a super-genius you might even consider doing a search on a website i heard of called forex factory. i hear they have a whole section devoted to scripts and ea's and indicators.

1-click trading is not new and has been done before. stop being an idiot and do some work and write your own or use someone elses. searching just isn't that hard for most people!

are you listening?

(now people want their broker to be a broker, vps, personal assistant, best friend, they now also want their broker to be coders as well... good one clowns)

I guess by calling others stupid, that makes you feel a whole lot smarter?

Why are you wasting your time doing that, especially ironic, as you are so smart?

I just love pathetic responses by self-anointed elitists who, because they already know something, arrogantly demand that everyone else know what they have already learned. Alternatively, a mature and truly intelligent person would simply read a post they feel is beneath their exalted knowledge sphere and simply ignore it and move on. Or they could even step in and help with their self-felt superior knowledge.

But as we all know such a self-anointed elitist is also afflicted with a huge inferiority complex that will require that they post a scathing attack against an unassuming seeker of some information. By doing this, such a person can vent his spleen and feel that he has partially rebuilt his failing ego and feeling of importance. Such a person may be knowledgeable at some level but is failing at the important role of being an empathetic human being.

And no, I will not be responding beyond this despite what may be posted as a rejoinder to this post. Any such replies will be ignored for I have already determined from the previous post his failings as a person, so I have already discounted any value in what such a person may have to say.

But my blessings to you in your journey to become a better human being for you have a long trip in front of you with apparently many lessons yet to learn.

Is anyone having issues trading on GO this morning? Market's been open for the last 25 minutes and it's not even accepting orders at market. It keeps on saying "invalid parameters".

edit: GO finally accepted my order about 45 mins after open of market. It was quite frustrating. :/

oh here it is.

of course, you are the victim here. i'm a big meanie and you are just a wilting flower.

you came here with a perfectly reasonable and eloquent question for gom, and big meanie nubcake was mean to you, boo hoo.

of course you didn't come here and post an arrogant post towards gomarkets. no, of course you didn't.

of course you didn't come straight here to post instead of using some initiative and googling around and actually having a clue. no, of course you didn't.

yeah, right. i wish people like you would just get lost with your lowbrow intelligence and lack of due diligence.

it was a famous american president who once said, "Ask not what your broker can do for you! Ask what you can do for your broker!". or something like that. first port of call is always the forum to blame everyone else for their own shortcomings. time to stop that shit and grow the hell up.

muppets, get into 'woe is me' formation!!!

after all of these years people still haven't caught onto the whole 'google it for myself, first' concept!
