USDCAD didn't get up to sfp the level but did print an hourly bearish engulfing pattern. Close but no biscuit.

Cable put in a daily sfp with another bearish pattern on the hourly. 5900 now on the list of potential sfp levels.

Price coming up quickly to the top of it's range, looking for hourly sfp of 8427.

Aussie in a channel at the moment.

3 levels I'm looking at for a possible swing failure as resistance is quite strong up here and I reckon the bears are waiting.

its just simple support and resistance

H4 we have a BEOB or SFP as pointed out by Jarroo giving us a bias.

on H1 price breaks through support and there is a rounded retest confirmed by the Pinbar.

Hi,

A couple of points to make with my strategy in mind.

Firstly that is neither an SFP or a BEOB.

We do not swing away from the first high enough to call it a valid swing point which is why it is not a proper SFP.

At the same time, the BEOB, while "engulfing" the prior candle does not close below it. The only BEOB's I trade are those with a higher high and lower CLOSE.

On the H1, there is not enough space to call this a rounded retest. You can take these trades but you need a very strong D1 bias to do so.

Looks like a winner to me! If you had placed your stop above the thrust candle you'd have a ~3:1R winner, and still running.

I find crosses to be just as reliable myself.

I did not finish reading this thread (Im busy ) but from what I read so far I undertsand that the AU 4h chart is a good SFP .....
Since no-one said it..... I may be wronge (Quidsey did but with a differant char of channel SP)

Can anyone comment on AU at 1.0845 ? for short...

I hope you're short, pin bar forming on the daily/double top, is this going back to 0600? might be end of month wierdness, profit taking.

Pipon, on my feed I didn't get an sfp on the hourly chart but I shorted that level anyway. There is one on the 4hr but Mr Wiz doesn't use 4hr, that's not to say that you might find it interesting and profitable.
