The interesting thing is that the Slope indi calls the bottom of the drop too. One bar before the bottom of the drop, the indi started climbing decisively. So it tells you to get in 6 hours before the drop, and it tells you to get out 15 minutes before the end of the move. That is cool.

This is the Oil chart. See the drop for 6 hours of the Slope indi and the the huge drop. At the bottom, the indi calls the end of the move by beginning to climb on the bar prior to the bottom

Yes. It still wasnŽt to the top band so it broke the Pivot on the second try. Now, on the way down, it should encounter the Pivot again around Center Line. If it stalls there I may get out.

But again, the Slope indi will give us a warning before it goes up again by turning up one bar before, from what IŽm seeing, so IŽll be watching it at the Pivot level.

Well read all pages I missed today and.....I found this new thing of slope/price divergence! I don't know if it's too good to be true but it really shows itself promising. I made some checks here and by on the charts and...wow.

My first impression is that its certainly working when you have a big move (up or down) alerting of the countermove... but maybe its still accurate in minor moves as - if I'm not wrong by reading all the pages in a breath - as Al is demonstrating with his trades of today.

It has worked on every chart IŽve looked at today, except AudNzd, but it seems the down move is beginning now.

The interesting thing I am seeing in all the charts, is the Slope indi starts going in the opposite direction again, one bar before the end of the fast move. So it is calling the beginning AND the end of the move. As you say, it seems too good to be true.

what do you think of using 1 hr chart...ever tried it? I am making good use of it. Just want to make sure I am not just getting lucky. Best trades happen for me when 4hr and 1 hr line up above or below lines. thanks alot

The Slope is +0.14 now, which means it is ranging, and thus trades in both directions are allowed. Read Page 1 Rule 1.

Between -050 and +0.50, trades in both directions are allowed. All of the trades I placed today were between these two figures.
