Hi X-MAN,

Looks like a long hidden dievergence forming. Price testing the daily pivot.

it is still testing daily pp. i got long at that time. now i am not sure whether i am doing the right thing or not lol.
however i am not place any SL yet. but if it were 5 pip below daily pp. i would cut loss

(Using 21st Feb as low) I have the 38% fib at 1.3372 which has also got the DS1 just above (1.3375) and was also an area of significant resistance on the way up. This area is also the 23% fib when taken from the low of 16th Feb. That confluence has my vote? Thoughts?

fibo retracements I draw from low to high or high to low.

Hi,

For intraday, there is 1.3400 to clear. Also this is WP (weekly pivot).

I drew my fib from 16 Feb week 07 low to 2
Feb week 08 high.

Should price break below WP, then my TP is WS1 1.3315.

Price testing the 50% fib, also there is a hidden divergence to go long. I wating for more confirmation. That's my analysis.

attached something for general reading.

for more technical into divergence trading, you need to go back to babypips school grade 9 level.

There is also plenty of stuff on youtube. You just have to use the search in youtube.

when you learn and practice this well, this divergance trading is powerful stuff. But I do it only in higher TF like H4 and D1.

Price just formed an annoying support on H1 so I took my 10 pips(went short around DPP area) and camping for new signs.
The price retracement might have run its course already.I'm with my eyes for a long entry.My view can change on the fly of course, as I trust the system will quite often show me the way...

Nope, and looks like the price wants to test 1.34 round area and my support indi on H1 was just blown away, oh well...i'll just wait.

Speaking about sentiment, of course traders wanted to test 1.34 and they did.

Everytime when I do things like this and exit too early w/o having patience, shortly after it just pops in my mind Phx 101's
Like if the market is trending the price will go at least 50 pips in one direction in London session.GRRRR

Bottomline, I dont know why I'm always tempted to look at things as if they're very complicated when often they ARE NOT.

look at H4, the TDI PL, TSL and MBL are all well above the 68 level. Plenty of room down.
On H1, the current H4 candle will close in another hour time. This H4 candle is a long one, more than 66pips looking at it now. Should this candle close below 1.3400, price may pullback. If you want to go short, look for a price pullback of at least 38% ~50% when NY open, and jump in using lower timeframe PA.

I got in short at the arrow, candle crossed 5ema and TDI crossed 50, waiting to see if it will cross support level or bounce off, may close at that point for around +50.
