as you can see the current 1H EU candle is very indesicive thats becuase Emmauel (Bull) is going long and im (Bear) going short so theres a stand off right now LOL

I have gone through first 70-80 pages of this thread & found it great. Even I had
1 winning trade (+33) in GU using the rules of H1.
I will be here regular in NY session as other session day job.

There's also a weekend gap at 3170 that hasn't filled. They often act like price magnets.

I dont see anything bearish unless you systematically went short just because the tdi crossed down and you had red candles. Maybe wrong though...we will see.

Hi, although i am new to posting but I have been reading and trying out the TDI since Big E and X man's thread.

I noticed that TDI is effective in 1-2 hrs before NY opens using T1H timeframe, whereas for London, it is better to use T4H.

So the bearish signal for TDI is based on T1H before NY start. Just my 2 cents worth of thought.

guys, i have a question, i saw that hale mary, PX62 and others use a sort of indicator, that shows the trade direction and the number of pips, where can i get it? or its a simple MT4 option

Some good advice is to always protect your profits.

If you 300 pips up and you didnt lock anything that means that profit aint yours at all until you take it.
You can say to yourself that ill leave it to go to 400 etc but you can come back and see all gone to 0 or hit SL.

So that 300 pips was never really in your account until you say i want it.

My strategy is you lock everything at 1:1 and say to yourself that tomorrow is another day i just took what i need for today and be happy.
Or you can lock in half at 1:1 and let the second half run until 1:2.

If i lock in half of what the market produces then im a happy trader. If i take 50 pips out of a 100pip run im happy.

If you moving SL to BE then it must be reasonable where you wont get stopped out at BE few minutes after moving SL because you have to give your trade room to breathe

Well said X-MAN, that's exactly the way i trade=Take The Money And Run
I am happy with taking 50/day if the market wants to give me more i will take it, sometimes i will get in a trade and if i don't see it moving much after a certain amount of time or if i get tired of looking at it in the same position then i will take whatever profit it gives me and run.
Most of my days unless we have big movements is how i reach my 50 in a day by scalping the small movements when there is no trend.
As others have said, everyone has there own style and most are making money with there style, i believe in rules but they are made to be broken especially when it comes to surviving and making money.
Some people here are strictly by the rules and i don't have a problem with that but i see they are leaving money on the table. If they would learn to even bend the rules once in a while they would make much more.
Hell, i even see X-MAN breaking or bending his own rules to make a buck.
