The new entry rules are up. I clarified the MA Crossover rule considerably and I added trend rules. We now have 4 rules to follow instead of 3.

Iīm with you guy. I added the trend rule to the conditions. We now have more rules to follow. This will give us less trades, but the percentage of winners will increase considerably. With these conditions, it will be imperative that we all follow as many pairs as possible, because with only one pair you may get only one or two trades all day. Thanks for your input. But those results are close to impossible with a slow day like today. About the best you can get on a day like this today is what X-Man got.

if you follow only one pair you can even endup without any trade for the whole day, during a day like today

For those wanting to monitor just a few pairs, here is something to consider.

This is the conclusion of one prominent site, taking 75% of avg range in 1st 10 days of Aug 2011.
Spread as % of max pip potential:
AU 0.85% UJ 2.47%
EU 1.35% UC 2.54%
GU 2.18% EG 4.98%
The other consideration would be pairs most likely to range vs those prone to trend.

Your second point is well taken. Iīve traded many systems in my life but I have to say that this is the only one that is valid and equally profitable on both ranging and trending markets.

As I said before, I have revised the Entry rules for the system and posted them on page 1. I have also removed the rar file because apparently a lot of folks think instead of a rar file it is a rare file. They have never seen anything of the sort and donīt know what to do with it. Anyway, I posted a zip file and everyone should download it because in it I replaced the deffective Multi Levels indicator with my old trustworthy Pivots indicator which has tons of input adjustments for you to play with so you can tweak it to your heartīs content. I also included the MA Crossover Lines indicator which I consider essential to see when a bar is likely to change color on the Histogram (The Period input has already been changed to 10 to match the Histogram Period) and finally I have included both new indicators in the two templates. So the zip file is a lot cooler than the old rar file.

Hi Al,

I want to thank the information you share. The system is a good system because it is based on simplicity and price action. But for me, more than the system, is to have the opportunity to learn from you great little secrets that only belong to most veterans. Such sharing of information you offer is priceless and you have this notion. The lack of sharing of this information is, for me, the main cause of high failure rate of many traders. Honestly I hope that you keep a high level of participation so that we can learn step by step with all the security and information that is kept secret by veteran traders. The tips listed represent an added value on improving the understanding of the system, especially with regard to the art of trading.

If the spike has a thin white line down the middle, it can repaint. The thin line dissapears when the repaint probability is almost nil. Still, a spike with a thin line is also valid for entry condition 3.

Also what does those little circles are for , what they mean , how to use them ?
