aud/usd is the only trade I see tonight I would take guys. If you guys see something post a chart and we will look at it. Most pairs I see tonight are moving sideways, stalled out I guess.

Hi BKG,

Good to see you being active today. AEST Austraila time here

One thing about the EA, it may be a good idea to look into some sort of check on the 200SMA when an entry signal is given.

I've got plenty of bad signals from 10SMA cross from resistance where it is against the 200 SMA trend which ends up continuing the trend and going against the signal. What you think?

I'm looking but waiting on the A/$ (200sma is very flat) and the gbp/$ (200sma is trendng down.) Both would be sells but I am waiting to see how PA plays out for another hour or so. The A/$ is coming down from a double top, just wish the trend was better.

oz, cad, nz, pound are within your trading method... + pb down/up follow by "fat" bear/bull candle... may this formation showing the strength...

eur, chf showing a doji at almost RL/SL... still observing the PA...

imho... ea is not part of bkg trading method... you may want to start a new thread using ea... let me know when ready and i will visit your thread to acquire new trading skill... ?

no trading method can avoid bad signals... RR and MM should be part of any trading method... PA is another factor... hope this helps... just my 2 cents

Closed my AUDCAD trade.

I didn't like the look of how it was moving, could be potentially moving up to test resistance at 1.0665 area.

SELL: 1.06618
BUY: 1.06387
Profit: +23.1 pips


I liked the look of the EURNZD signal.

Cross occured after pushing up from support at around 1.5664, with resistance at 1.5958.

BUY: 1.5870
Current: 1.5881
SL: 1.5836
TP: 1.5920

The AUDCAD pair has good resistance at 1.06320, it cant seem to break that barrier. I still see some downside movement in that pair.
The EUR/NZD also has very strong resistance 1.5899, i would hold off on this trade until it breakes that level.

AUDCAD, closed this position as per my comments, I didn't like the movement when I was monitoring this. I prefer to close out a winning position, take the profit and move on, than turn a good profit into a loss. There is always the risk of pulling out too early on this one.

EURNZD, thanks for your view on this. I've been monitoring the SM200 on this at the 4H to close out below. On the daily it does show a selling trend. I've moved my stop on this to 1.5879, with TP at 1.5899.

Yes, you are correct, however I decided to ignore that rule for this trade due to the bounce off the support and push towards the 200SMA on the 4H, I also had a low risk on this trade.

I am not trying to be critical here guys but we are starting to add a bunch of things for a trade to be considered "a good trade". Everybody needs to make this fit their personality but if you start adding to many rules you will never get in a trade......just saying. Please show me the pairs that you have had trouble with in the past, show me a chart, and lets figure out why it did not work. There is not a system anywhere in the world that never gives a wrong signal (no matter how much you pay for it).

Very true BKG,

it's not about the perfect trade, it's about getting a trade, limiting any potential loss and ending it in profit.

I'm still in the AUDUSD, which is doing nicely at the moment, heading down...

Also in GBPNZD, in the red at the moment, but it's close to BE, the high of the current candle is adhering to the descending triangle resistance, so looks like it is going to test the support at 1.8682

Time will tell, hows everyone else doing?

Hi Olu, I saw it last night but to many problems for me. To close to a support level and right on the RN 9700. I will look at it again tonight after candle close to see if it made it past the problem areas, and see if it makes sense to enter. I like to see at least 100 pips of clear room before entering a trade. Just my personal preference

Now this I agree with. If you are in a high traffic area better to sit and see what happens. There are enough pairs to trade that we need to look for the right trade. Always look to the left on your chart and if you see consolidation in this area wait until it clears that area before taking the trade. Patience is key here.

This pair is difficult to trade since Jan 17 it is in ranging...

We have...
2 candles attempts crossed up 10sma
+ 5 candles attempts crossed down 10sma
+ 4 pb down

i see the 5th time candle crossed down 10sma after the 4th pb... looking +ve, especially once the SL is broken... foresee a downtrend prevails for the near term...

well in the live trading, there is no straight line answer let's see

p.s. i am not in the trade since I already have oz/usd.

i wish yesterday candle crossed 10sma after the pb down... that's why i short oz/usd instead

the one on Feb 10 was good but i got be
