With the gaps up in many pairs, I'm looking for a reversal bar at the current high of the day, with a view to trading all the way back down until the gap is filled.

Trading from the current high or low of the day, I believe, is actually the edge of this strategy....................

I saw them, but didn't take either of them.

Yeah fair enough. Gaps can take a while to fill. I have been listening to you, by the way Gt3rs. I am primarily going to use the swings as confirmation of trend trading, but if the bounce has a round number in the area then it will have a good case for a trade for me. My own version of Grade A, Grade B.

But at the end, saying "i made X pips" is not relevant. It is how much money you make that is. With 1 pip i can make a million dollar... But i must be very good, ok ?

R:R of 1:1 - you must be over 50% of wining/losing trades to be profitable. That is what must be backtested for one year. I will after i am sure to understand where Caillou enters and exits.

My 2 cents :

- 1 hour is too much
- The strategy...

In one of my previous post you have how I enter and I exit, just Kraven´s rules.

SL - 1.3181 (bottom of RC)
closed half at TP1 - 1.3221 (slightly below today's open) and moved SL - 1.3196 (bottom of 0900h bar)

KRC 0800h
EJ long entry 104.99
SL - 104.64
closed half at TP1 - 105.31 (below daily pivot) and moved SL - 104.82 (M_R2 line)

It was as an afterthought, but I didn't get a KRC on my chart. The Doji was green not red. So not an official entry.

Well I'm kicking myself for failing to look at EU and Swissy at 09:00 GMT. Got a little off of EJ. Gotta learn to let them run though. It is my weakest point and something I must master.

There´s a lot of things we´ve got to improve, but look for USDZAR 1h. It´s a possible good setup for a long entry.

I am limiting myself to 6 pairs and the Rand isn't one of them. But thanks for the tip all the same.
